We enjoyed the location and amenities of this house. Very few and minor issues. Location was pretty much as described. Loved the labeling, ease of charging and organization!

Very comfortable home. Owner was very responsive. Great back yard.House needs a bit of update. Owner says he will replace the carpet in main area, as it is stained.

Keypad at front door entry didn’t work. Blinds and curtains broken/don’t work. Home needs some basic maintenance. Yard was beautiful.

Great house to relax in after a day of exploring! We really enjoyed all the different comfortable seating areas. Patio and yard are great to hang out in as well.

We stayed in Page to enjoy the desert views and participate in an Ultra Race. The home was beautiful and at the perfect location for getting around. Close to restaurants and runs to the grocery store. The House was well furnished and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our 1-week stay at this property in Page,AZ. Very clean/well maintained property. Loved the fenced in backyard with loads of grass, a tremendous water feature and a nice gas BBQ. Really the ideal location for those who are planning to spend a lot of time on Lake Powell…quick 10 minute drive to the Wahweap marina. Hope to be back within the next 18 months.

This is a great place. Very spacious common areas, well stocked kitchen, stellar back yard. We had full access to the garage as well. Accommodations were clean and well stocked with amenities. This is a great host and great property. Highly recommend.

Beautiful backyard wonderful house perfect beautiful backyard amazing neighborhood just a short walk to one of the most scenic views ever the house itself was clean. Everything was in the kitchen you couldn’t avast for more huge property beds were comfortable. Everything was spot on.

Everything was great except that the property is not 3 baths it is 2-1/4 bath. One bathroom is a powder room only no shower or tub.

The property is dated so don’t expect modern appliances or updated finishes. Ice maker didn’t work. The towels are not great so being your own. Overall it could have been allot cleaner in my opinion but it was t filthy either. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The backyard is awesome and the location couldn’t be better. Walk down the street to access the Rim trail and stunning views of Lake Powel.

House was very well stocked. It was big and the backyard was so relaxing. We slept with the window opened (since it was cool weather) and could hear the soothing sound of the waterfall. We could see the canyons from the backyard. Close to everything we planned to do. I would definitely stay here again.

This is definitely really nice house and location, especially if you have dogs. There is plenty of room in the house and the yard (which is grass) is great for letting the dogs out. The physical condition of the accessories and furniture is excellent with no problems. There is even a nice selection of appliances, including an Instant Pot! The neighborhood is very quiet and there are trails and plenty of sidewalks to walk your dog(s). We would definitely stay at this location again if we were to go back to Page.

The property is excellent. It’s spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the small touches in the home like phone chargers next to the beds, ceiling fans in every room and the smart TV preloaded with streaming services.
