We had a wonderful time with family. The view was georgous. The beds were very comfortable. However, take extra tp, paper towels and trash bags. Had a blast and did not want to leave. Until next time.

I would like to start with the positive remarks because this could be a great rental and we did enjoy our time there. Hayden was a pleasure to work with while I was looking for a rental and was very quick to answer all my questions. I spoke to him about several issues we found on arrival and while we were there and I'm sure he has addressed them. The location was a perfect place for our trip. It is on a peaceful cove with no homes directly in front of you. We didn't have a boat but still enjoyed the dock. The two kayaks provided were actually very nice. The inside was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The first thing we noticed when we drove up to the house was the over-grown or dead grass, weeds and landscaping. The backyard proved to be the same and was in dire need of a major clean-up. To be fair there is a drought and 100 degree temps each day. There were also a couple safety issues in the back--broken stairs leading to the water and broken fencing. Dead gnats and cobwebs lined the doors and window frames. Things to consider. There are 2 bathrooms DOWNSTAIRS and only 1 upstairs. The stairs take a pie shaped turn at the top with very narrow steps. The bunk room does not have a door and does not get air from the AC vent. The ceiling fan was broken-- box fan was provided. We purchased another fan so we would be comfortable. The dining table is in the garage conversion across the living room and down three steps. Beach towels are not supplied.

Was great. Playing in the lake, fishing and just floating around. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Very clean and spacious. We all had a bed. Hopefully we can do it again next year and get the same place.

We enjoyed our stay for a family reunion. The house was as described and the view was great.

Location was nice and quiet. House is older but has been updated with newer finishes throughout. Lots of space and a great game room with pool table that we really enjoyed. Two concerns were the smoke detector had been removed from the master bedroom and the dryer left our clothes smelling like cigarette smoke. Both easy fixes. Overall nice place to stay and would recommend.

The property was actually bigger than expected. Our party of 6 had plenty of space. We enjoyed the fishing and the gameroom the most. The property owner was easy to communicate with, and all basic amenities were supplied.

My family stayed there for Xmas and had a wonderful stay. My mother and father were very comfortable in the downstairs suite that was handicapped accessible! We enjoyed the Christmas tree that they had up for us on arrival. The set up for excellent for us. My parents, brother and his wife and my husband and I all had our own rooms with comfy beds and the four kids enjoyed the bunk bed room and played on the upstairs deck. The two living spaces gave us room to spread out. The host had great communication and were super responsive from our initial reservation through the stay. Thanks for a great Christmas!

We had a great time at this house. Big enough for the whole family. Had a nice cove to fish and kayak in. The pool table was a great bonus too. Great check in process

We all enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice. Lots of room for a family gathering. The only issue we had was difficulty in keeping the upstairs cool. I’m not a fan of the ring camera in the back yard, it felt sort of intrusive. Aside from those factors everything was great. Nice area.
