Improvement in covering food at restaurant.

The location is great with restaurants nearby and a 24hr service station a few metres away. Quite a secure location and had very spacious rooms that were very clean. One of the larger rooms had a washing machine, microwave, and stove, making this a perfect place for long stays. Breakfast was great, a day when there was limited option cos was 30min before they stopped serving but the kitchen staff made extra food for me which was great.

Keycard for one of the rooms got blocked on day one because the previous shift had not communicated to the morning shift that payment for one of the rooms booked would be made the following day as we arrived very late due to a delayed flight. It was quickly resolved though. The larger deluxe room has a tv in the living room and not in the bedroom, so if you enjoy watching tv from the comfort of your bed, not so ideal.

Had an incredible stay at TSA Masaki and I can't praise it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service and assistance with my luggage, which immediately made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The manager, Rajab, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and provided me with fantastic recommendations for the best seafood and tea spots in the area. Moreover, he even connected me with a local dry cleaning service, which was incredibly convenient. His dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. The cleanliness of the apartment was remarkable. Not only was it spotless, but I was also fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to a room that featured a washing machine. This small detail made me feel right at home and made my stay even more convenient. The breakfast at TSA Masaki was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from and the freshest juices available. The reception staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Having a phone in the room made communication effortless and seamless. One of the highlights of my stay was the immaculate pool and rooftop deck. The cleanliness of these areas was impressive, and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The location of the place was easy for Uber drivers to find, and there were a couple of supermarkets just a few minutes' walk away, which made shopping a breeze. Additionally, the fully equipped gym was a welcome bonus for those who like to stay active. The apartments were cleaned daily, and the supplies, including shower gel, were replenished regularly. I appreciated the thoughtful provision of tea, coffee, and sugar. All the appliances in the apartment worked perfectly, including the microwave, fridge, cooker, and cooking utensils, which made preparing meals a breeze.

Responsive staff, immaculately clean, modern interior, great location, very good breakfast. As a frequent visitor to Dar, I wish this could be the standard of all accommodation there. Felt really lucky to find this gem in such a great location.

The breakfast was basic but decent. The kitchen staff were very accommodating and polite. That was probably the best thing of the whole stay! There is a nice rooftop view and a pool.

The building is new but the cleanliness is very poor. On a check in the bathroom had not been touched at all, was very dirty. Unfortunately there were cockroaches in the room too. When complained at reception they said they had checked and seen nothing. Only when I asked them to spray the room then they did it. The reception staff does not offer any solutions apart from saying ‘sorry’.

Appartment is very clean and furniture is almost new.

- Breakfast is poor, - Twice someone knocked on our door, regardless that we put up a "do not disturb" sign. They were looking for a person, but didnt know name of that person?!?! When we asked at the reception who it was, they didn't know, and the cameras are supposedly not working?!?! - It seems that no one maintains the pool.

Check-in time. An early check-in time would be better.

Large room, good shower, great 25m swimming pool, okay small gym. The room was quiet and modern. The location is good - close to Slipway, Ridge Cafe and other places to eat. Good internet and Netflix too. Breakfast also decent.

I like a hard mattress, but this one is too hard. No microwave or toaster available. The desk in the room was a bit small to work at and space was also taken by the wifi router.

Great location near Slipway restaurants and bars. Interior is nice and luxurious.

There is a karaoke bar on the ground floor which gets a little loud at night and can be heard from the rooms.

TSA is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The facilities are excellent with a onsite gym, pool and breakfast restaurant. To add, the staff are genuinely warm hearted, friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable (a special mention to the catering staff, front desk staff and manager). Please don't hesitate to book for an extended stay when you are visiting Dar es Salaam.
