The apartment was very big and clean. The view from the balcony beautiful. Location is great, it is walking distance from Dolphin Quays and the Mandurah foreshore. The wi-fi was good and the TV had several subscriptions including Netflix

Communication with the owner was haphazard and confusing. No access to car park within the building so had to park in adjacent outdoor public carpark The linen and towels seem clean but had stains, cups had chips. There was only half roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and NO spares in the apartment. There was something wrong with the front door lock so you needed to hold the tumbler in to be able to remove the key. Although minor and easily fixed above were annoying.

Absolutely loved the 3 bedroom apartment, views were sensational, secure parking for 2 cars.

They could have provided a new cleaning sponge. The dish towels smelt and for the cost they could have provided a couple of rolls of extra length toilet paper. The frying pan needs to be replaced.

Nice apartment. Clean and tidy

Not a good way to collect the keys. Only one key for five people. Second bathroom was locked, had to call the owner to get it unlocked. No toiletries in second bathroom. No complimentary tea and coffee starter pack. No water at all on the first morning. Then no hot water, had to have cold showers for the rest of our stay. Definitely wasn’t value for money. Had family staying at the Bridge point. Their stay was 5*. We were very disappointed 😞
