The meals from the restaurant is delicious

When i stay, i can't watch television. The staff saying that there is problem with the chanel. And i can't connect to wifi.. i didnt get user name or password from receptionist

House keeper responded to my concerns timely, and replaced those pillows right away, did deep cleaning the shower cubicle. I thanked them for recovery actions made, much appreciated. Very polite and helpful staff. Location of this hotel is excellent.

Traces of fungus in the shower cubicle. Pillows were not that clean. Their FB is pretty much for non vegan and greasy. Lots of meat. Breakfast was way too simple.

I am disabled, I ordered a walk in shower on Booking.com & was informed it would be arranged. When I checked in I got a normal room with a step up Shower. I was informed I could have an accessible room on my 2nd night but it would be at extra cost, almost double. On my last morning before check out the Soap dispenser was empty. So I had to shower with water only.. The accessible toilet is converted to an office. The hotel obviously does not want my business.

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sheets had visible stains on them, however it did not feel like it was dirty by any means.
