The staff was good..

The place seemed not comfortable to me. The lockers werent working or available. Only a single shower for so many people.

The location near train station. It's comfy and clean. This place suitable for solo traveler that don't bring many stuffs

The location is right around the train starts, which is convenient to stay during the transit.

There's only one bathroom in each floor and it was dirty. The floor was wet, dirty toilet, and the AC leaked. Luckily I stayed only for less than 12hrs.

The common area on ground floor is regularly cleaned. The room is safe and clean.

Mosquitos - I strongly recommend not chemically spray the room though. Perhaps make the door mosquito-proof and close the hole on the wall near the AC unit. The roller blinds and folding table are broken in my cube. Bathrooms need huge improvements when it comes to cleanliness. They smell unpleasant and have no dry area. The bathrooms on the 4th floor aren't so bad. They're quite dry and don't smell because no one really uses it. However, the soap dispensers are empty. I wish there's more area to chill. The rooftop has potential - such a shame it was desolate. Half of the ground floor is basically useless. The "cafe" is not actually a cafe but more like a storage corner - it's cluttered.
