Comfortable room and quick response by host

I liked that there was air conditioning and the room was big. The place is basic and clean. If you have a car an go to the beach, it is clearly a fast connection (you avoid issues of city center traffic).

Photos on booking are overselling the place (too nice photo-shooting). Especially there is no common room service as after covid all is virtually done with the guest. Location, far from the city center for my taste and needs. It was my mistake to book here, as I did not realize that it was far away from the city center. I traveled for work-related reasons, and I had to reach city center from the guesthouse by bus every day. Buses were not regular (clearly this is not the fault of the guesthouse...) and at night it was difficult to find a taxi to go back.It could have been a walk distance (30-40 minutes walk to the city centre, which I do not mind) but as the walking road to the city centre is up and down . Also , at night not well illuminated, I did not feel safe to walk alone back. Minor issue: when I arrived there was only 1 shower gel, and I was staying 3 nights, and room is not done on regular basis, I found this a lapsus that urged me to go and buy shower gel. I eventually crossed the cleaning lady who facilitated me extra shower gel.

Good size room, clean and with windows that open! A communal kitchen with refrigerator, glassware, some cutlery/flatware and cafe style table & chairs for dining. Both the housekeeper Alessia and Riccardo the manager were excellent, helpful and kind. Riccardo was very responsive to WhatsApp messaging. Public transport to the city/bus and train station every 10-15 minutes only 4 minutes walk away; bank atm and grocery/liquor store across the street; four bar/cafes within 4 minute walk; two parks & the botanic gardens easy walk. Laundromat about 500 meters.

It would have been nice to have an easy/lounge chair in the room. There were no pots & pans for cooking though a stove was provided. Might be an idea to add a microwave and things like a decent cutting knife and wine bottle opener.

Modern bathroom. Easy to park in the area. Easy to check in.

Location was on a busy street. The building was old and run down but the apartment inside was a bit rennovated. Pictures are an exaggeration. It was supposedly a 20 minute walk to the center but you have to walk over a large hill on a very busy street.

Great location right next to the bus stop and amenities. Very welcoming host, delicious breakfast and excellent room cleaning services provided.

location is perfect. we rented car. ample parking outside. Poetto beach is 10 mins drive and well worth it.

kitchen was extremely useful with a common area outside the room also with cooker if needed

The mattress was very unconfortable. We couldn't rest very well which was the main goal of our 1-night stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the host was so nice, helpful and obliging. He bought special items such as soy yogurt and soy milk, because of my food allergies and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable, for example did he ask us regularly if we wanted the room to be cleaned. When we had questions he gave us very detailed information about places to see, things to do and restaurants to test. The room and the en-suite bathroom were very clean and provided everything we needed. The furnishing is very modern and welcoming and the bed was very comfortable.

The only thing to criticise is that the street outside is relatively loud which we had to get used to. And because we didn’t have a car, we had to depend on the bus connection. It is very easy to get to the city centre and back by bus but it did restrict us a little bit. However, If we come to Cagliari again, we would probably choose this accommodation again because in our opinion the advantages outweigh the few disadvantages.

Great room downtown from this beauty city. Bus connection is straight in front. It’s very clean - comfortable and quite in the night. We got everything we wanted.Thanks for keep care.

Very modern clean room, with large shower room, toilet, bidet and sink. Nice fluffy towels .Kitchenette enclosed behind fitted unit so can be closed away. Microwave and coffee machine. Property came with balcony and there is lift access. Map of Cagliari left out to use. The host was very helpful over the phone and followed up with a text message. Free parking in street.

More like an AirBnB, as you let yourself in, so no personal touch. We didn't have an option for breakfast with our booking but the other two bedrooms may have, as there is a guest dining area. The area is very close to the hospital so you do get to hear quite a few ambulance sirens.
