This is our second time at the property we come down to visit relatives who live close by so the location is more than perfect for us. The property is nice and clean and the decor is warm and inviting, it was nice to come back after a long day out and get cosy. What was also nice is the heating was switched on prior to our arrival which was a nice touch considering it was freezing outside. The beds were comfortable, two of them are en-suite, it is great to be able to fall out of bed into the shower. The house is nestled on the corner in a quiet road, we didn't hear any noise and we have never encountered any trouble or anti-social behaviour, before I moved away I used to live around the corner and it has always been a peaceful place. A few minutes down the road you will find Mutley Plain which is occupied by several shops including Tesco Express, Sainsbury and a CO-OP, there are also a couple of nice pubs there where we met with our family for food. Parking is ideal there is private parking for two big vehicles I'd say, we came down in a people carrier and there was more than enough room for another large sized vehicle for sure. Great stay, see you again in the summer.

The location was run down.

It was big enough for our family of five adults. There was free parking.

The location was a bit bleak. Not in a particularly nice area of the city. There were lots of maintenance issues. Missing items (ie, duvet cover, some items of crockery/cutlery) and broken window blinds/shower curtain - plus one of the bedrooms had no bedside tables or bedside lights.

It was a great location, you’re very close to the town Center which is perfect! The parking was easy and convenient so it was very accessible, and with getting the keys it was very simple and straightforward. Supplying basics, coffee, milk and cereal etc was a great little touch! In regards to the property itself, it was spacious and decorated to a high standard. And also very clean and tidy with comfortable beds so I had a great good night sleep! There was enough crockery and utensils, and Tesco’s is only down the road which is ideal. Overall I really loved my stay and would definitely recommend! 😊

Great location, nice and central. Plenty of space and each room was nicely set up. There is plenty of storage and adequate extra bedding. Would recommend to groups. Parking out front was great with permits provided for us. Milk and tea provided and a few boxes of cereal, which was nice. Big dishwasher and tabs supplied, which made meals a lot easier to clean up after. Iron and ironing board came in handy. Decent amount of towels and crockery/glass wear, would stay here again.

One of the blinds in the bedroom was only secured with velcro, and so it kept falling down in the night. In the end, we gave up putting it back up. Coffee machine and cafetiere supplied. However, no coffee pods or coffee, tesco a 5-minute walk away, though. Beds were quite hard, but some people like that, so not a complaint, just to inform others.

Very comfortable, clean, easy to get to, convenient parking. Good location for access to city centre. Good communication with host

Check in time could be a little earlier but not a huge issue.

Missing some essentials, needs a stocktake of what is required in home away from home. cold, for overseas people who don't use boilers and heating as such there was not enough instructions how to heat the home. The key lock box difficult to use. The bathrooms are tiny. Downstairs bathroom freezing cold.
