All I needed was a bed for the night as I was in Cardiff for a concert. I got a small but clean, warm room and my own clean mini-bathroom with the tiniest sink a great shower, and there was also a hairdryer. I slept great, loved the water view, the road was quiet, location felt safe.

Unfortunately the doors are fitted with a spring mechanism that makes them slam super-noisily if not held while closing. So if someone's not careful (which applies to lots of people nowadays) and comes back in the middle of the night and is on the same floor, the jumpscare is very likely.

Location was good. Minor issue with the toilet was dealt with promptly. Clean and although small good use of the space. The pin no. entry was good.

Shower very small and with a slippery base was a bit unnerving.

The property was in a good location and not far from Cardiff City centre, The room was very nice with comfortable beds. :)

The private Bathroom we had in our room was way too small and we didn’t have enough coffee supplies. :(

Toalhas macias. Travesseiros bons. Secador de cabelo no quarto. Próximo estação de trem. Relativamente fácil localizar. Funcionário Josh, muito eficiente, enviou instruções previamente sobre como entrar na casa e acessar o quarto. No dia seguinte à minha chegada, foi gentil em passar informações sobre a região. Chaleira elétrica e sachês de chá e café disponíveis. Tomada ao lado da cama.

Colchão bem gasto, com molas e espuma vencida (isto foi bem desconfortável!). Barulho de algum motor ligando e desligando toda hora, à noite, não sei se era caldeira de água. Sem água quente na pia do banheiro. Não sabia como ligar o aquecedor, não havia ninguém para perguntar quando cheguei e não vi instruções de manuseio. Me senti insegura em passar frio à noite. Saí do meu país com 31⁰, chego em Cardiff com 8⁰. Box p tomar banho apertado. Não tive problema, mas uma pessoa maior possivelmente terá dificuldade p tomar banho. Iluminação fraca para estudar à noite, mesmo acendendo todas as luzes possíveis do quarto.

The room is amazing, it is very clean and tidy. The owner describes exactly as the factual room. The location is in the heart of Cardiff about 10 minutes walk to Cardiff Central Station
