We stayed one night because we had an early flight. It was good The people were friendly. We parked.

The front desk was very helpful with suggestions on places to eat, and after we got in our room, they called to check on us to make sure everything was to our expectations

I believe it’s family owned. This place seriously needs upgrades. Rooms are dirty, spider webs all over the windows and walls. Bed felt like wood. Bed frame dusty. $175 a night for this was a rubbery. Don’t let the picture fool you. This place should be $50 room a night. Don’t waste your money.

Asked for tip but in 3 days only emptied garbage once, made bed once, no other services. Luggage trolleys taped together. Elevators smelled of smoke. Lobby bathroom out of order for 3 days. Elevator floors dirty and sticky. Room charging station did not work. 1 microwave on the floor next to almost empty vending machine

Literally no one at the front desk when I arrived (around 12:30 am). Had to wait about 15 minutes, wondering the entire time whether or not I actually had a place to sleep after a long day on the road. Turns out they only have one person at night, and that person was driving the airport shuttle van. When he arrived, someone else from the van expressed surprise that he was supposed to do both jobs, and the employee said “It’s fine, no one ever arrives at night anyway, the hotel is always fully occupied by 10”. Which obviously isn’t true, I was standing right there. Entryway carpet in the stairs was so infused with old grime it looked like it had been used at an oil change shop in the garage. Room had a strange musty smell but seemed clean otherwise. Whole place gave off a shabby and not quite fully clean vibe. Breakfast area was too tiny for the size of the hotel, and had people jostling each other to try and get food.

Dirty bed linens and bathroom

The accommodations were subpar. The sanitary conditions of the shower were unsatisfactory, requiring a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the sink exhibited a leak, and the TV screen was visibly damaged, likely from impact, rendering only half of the screen functional. Despite being a non-smoking property, individuals congregated at the hotel entrance to smoke, permeating the vicinity with the smell of cigarettes. This was highly unpleasant, and given the circumstances, a partial refund would be appropriate. Furthermore, the bathroom door lock was non-operational, highlighting the necessity for property renovation to address these issues.

The staff was very nice, the hot water was out for several hours for one of the days. The window in my room was cracked open a little when I checked into it, I didn't notice it until a few hours after, so there were a few bugs/flies in there. The room was still clean other than that. The location and airport shuttle were very convenient.

No Gluten free food

The room key deactivated 5x, I didn’t have water for hours to shower. They didn’t advise the guest about the water maintenance. I would stay again because the rooms are decent.

Use to stay & leave the car when flyong out of ROC. Very convenient & hassle free.

People at the front desk were extremely serious. We didn’t sleep good because the AC was extremely noisy and the alarm clock was on and it started beeping at 3am. Bathroom didn’t have much space to put anything. Bedding had some brown stains. Otherwise the bed was comfortable.

Check in with the front desk was smooth and friendly. The lobby was clean and smelled very pleasant upon walking in. Complimentary breakfast options in the morning are nice. Any other options added to the menu would only make it even better. This is my 2nd time staying and the rooms were consistently clean. I plan on making this my hotel of choice for my monthly trips into Rochester.
