Great customer service

Rooms were nice, hotel clean, door stuck in the bathroom, elevator the shakiest, rattleist thing ever!

I was expecting free breakfast, since it’s advertised as “breakfast avaliable” but you have to pay for it. Only coffee and Juice was free

I really enjoyed my stay - the service was super friendly (very understanding and helpful about my very late arrival!) and the hotel itself was super cute. I really loved the pool area! My room was large and comfortable, and the furnishings were super cute. Highly recommend!

The property is nice and so is the reception area. When we first walked in we imagined our rooms were going to be as nice as the reception are. The rooms, we had to get 2 rooms due to 4 children and 2 parents, were on the same floor but apart from each other. So, if you are planning to travel with the same number of people or more i would say this is not the place unless you dont mind being apart. The first room smelled like humidity until the AC was on but of it turned off it would bring the smell back. The other room was good, other than the bathroom was a bit unclean. Bed were very comfortable and the place is very quiet. Overall, its an ok place for an overnight trip and with a small number of people. Also, our first receptionist was amazing very welcoming.

The best part of our whole stay was how welcoming RJ was at the front desk! Made us feel welcome and appreciated :) definitely will be coming back!

This was a fantastic property to stay at. Lovely staff-with a special call out to JR! Dedicated personnel to make your stay comfortable, great room size, quiet rooms, wonderful location to a lot of sights. I was there for an extended stay and this is a place no one should miss if you’re looking for great service. I worked in my room, exercised, and drove to what I needed. They owned the parking area and it was always clean and safe. The housekeeping staff was awesome.

overall a nice place to stay for a few days

The room was updated and nice. There’s a little wear and tear with the office chair and the bathroom is a little small, but it’s expected with the building so old but everything else is beautiful. The pool is also great. Thank you to the staff

My hotel was nice and clean, thr A.C wasn't working so i moved rooms. The tv has basic chanels only. The people who stay above me were extremely loud and wouldnt stop. I called the front desk about 3 times. The hotel is nice but i wouldn't stay there again. The elevators were scary too.

Nice, friendly staff.

I was in a room that was the only room. It was across from the office and laundry room and next to the exit to parking lot. Very noisy and not comfortable from a safety standpoint.

Wonderful front desk staff RJ! Hotel clean and safe, nice aesthetic touches throughout, fun pool. Only complaint was mattress was rock hard & TV’s a little outdated. Smart TVs with streaming services would be nice.

Very quiet

The stay was just fine. Nothing really positive sticks out. My wife and I got away for one night. Our checkin was easy. Overall, the room was way overpriced for what was offered. I've stayed at many Best Westerns that were on par with this hotel for a fraction of the cost. Three negative things that stood out: One of the two elevators sounded and felt like a death trap. A third of the TV channels were digital, but there was no digital signal so the channels were "greyed" out. And the one digital channel that did work (HBO) cut out every two seconds and was impossible to make out the show we wanted to watch. The walls are very thin. We could hear the person in the room next to us cough every five minutes. We were given a room at the end of the hall next to the stairwell and we heard the door slam every time someone used the stairs. You would think people would have some common courtesy, but we could hear all sorts of noise all night. Let's just say it wasn't a great night of sleep.

The hotel was beautifully clean and very comfortable- great bedding. I’ve also never seen such a uniformly friendly and efficient staff! I stayed for 10 nights while taking care of a family member nearby, and the consistency of service was wonderful.

Very clean and comfortable at a good price for the area

Bedding choices were poor. We stayed cold most of the night because no comforters are offered - so if you want warmth you have to turn on one of those super noise hotel fan heaters. No breakfast offered, other than pay for a prepackaged sandwich. Basic internet is free. Parking is easy and available.

The staff was super friendly, and very helpful. The update done to the hotel is amazing, it’s a gorgeous property. My only complaint was the pillows, they were very hard.
