Hotel was clean & convenient to the airport. They guy that checked us in was fabulous (Wed nite before thanksgiving). I'd stay there again even though we had a few issues. Our room heater wasn't regulating, so we had to keep shutting it on & off. Also the water didn't get very hot. Breakfast was so-so.

Check in was a nightmare. It took over thirty minutes and an attempt at customer service through hotels.com to confirm our reservation (which we didn’t make it that far since we were 90th in line) before we realized the hotel let someone else with the same first name check into our room. Since we’d already “checked in” he couldn’t see our booking. They finally found the reservation that matched my confirmation # and it had someone else’s signature on it. Then he offered me a room with 2 beds, and I know of already mentioned it was my wedding anniversary, and by then he has the sheet that says I’m booked for 1 king size bed. Once we finally got a room key the rest of the stay was smoother and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and it was nice they didn’t have cheap shampoo and body wash. I hate bar soap so body wash was nice.

Perfectly adequate for getting to and from the airport! I was worried the noise would be too much, but honestly the airport must not be as busy as the ones we are used to- the noise didn't keep us up at all and wasn't too noticeable in the room. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was nice!

Easy quick check-in. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. I left some clothing in the closet. Called the hotel next day and they retrieved them. I picked them up two days later. No hassle. Also, convenient to airport.

Clean room and decent value. They offered shuttle service to the airport and we were able to leave our vehicle parked for free while on our 10 night vacation to Arizona

Check in was easy and the attendant was very helpful! She arranged our shuttle to and from the airport and personally made sure we were connected to the driver and in the right location for pickup. Great customer service.

We made a quick trip to Knoxville and La Quinta was perfect for our stay. We got in at midnight and struggled to get an Uber. Daniel with La Quinta came to our rescue. He picked us up and delivered us safely to the hotel. We had to leave at 4:00 am for a 5:30 am flight. He made sure to deliver us safely to the airport. His kindness made our stay just perfect! Thanks, Daniel!

It was a short stay, I basically got there and showered, then went to sleep, then got up and left for a yacht delivery from Knoxville to Tampa.

Room 112 STUNK! I asked to change rooms and was told no, that no rooms were available. The staff member came into the room and asked if I had turned on the heater. Yes, I did because the room was freezing. He brought in a spray bottle and sprayed the curtains. Apparently this staff member knew that the room STUNK and what he thought was a solution. It did not work, not at all. I checked the website to see if a room was available for sale and a room could be booked. This staff member was untruthful in saying that there was not a room to move to. Additionally my wife was flying in much later, arrived at 2:00 AM and when she walked in she was repulsed by the horrid stench. She had been awake for 20 hours and could not fall asleep because of the smell. Never in all of our years of travel have we ever encountered such a horrible situation. We will be contacting LaQuinta as well to make our concerns known.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel was the lady at breakfast and the male attendant at the front desk were more than helpful, and courteous.
As far as the hotel, the mattresses felt old, and springy.. it was not clean. The female attendant or front desk worker on Friday morning was not helpful, and seemed to just be in a rush for me to leave her desk.

The night desk clerk Aaron was amazing! So polite and helpful no matter what the question or need. Very attentive to everyone he dealt with. He made our experience and stay very enjoyable! The free breakfast was fantastic and the gal manning it and keeping the dining area clean did a great job. We will definitely stay there again!

I let them know our plane was not arriving until after midnight. They said no problem, just call and we will come get you. That was not the case. We had to walk as an Uber in that area was non existent.
