Perfectly adequate for getting to and from the airport! I was worried the noise would be too much, but honestly the airport must not be as busy as the ones we are used to- the noise didn't keep us up at all and wasn't too noticeable in the room. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was nice!

Easy quick check-in. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. I left some clothing in the closet. Called the hotel next day and they retrieved them. I picked them up two days later. No hassle. Also, convenient to airport.

Clean room and decent value. They offered shuttle service to the airport and we were able to leave our vehicle parked for free while on our 10 night vacation to Arizona

Check in was easy and the attendant was very helpful! She arranged our shuttle to and from the airport and personally made sure we were connected to the driver and in the right location for pickup. Great customer service.

It was a short stay, I basically got there and showered, then went to sleep, then got up and left for a yacht delivery from Knoxville to Tampa.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel was the lady at breakfast and the male attendant at the front desk were more than helpful, and courteous.
As far as the hotel, the mattresses felt old, and springy.. it was not clean. The female attendant or front desk worker on Friday morning was not helpful, and seemed to just be in a rush for me to leave her desk.

The front desk person was very accommodating, kind and welcoming. I wish I got his name, but he was working Tuesday evening, august 27.
The shuttle to and from the airport was also excellent, with friendly drivers.

Beds were extremely hard but everything was clean. Breakfast bar was more than adequate. Check-in smooth. There is a $50 security deposit, so just be aware.

The place was very nice and the breakfast was very good my only problem is getting my $50 deposit back for some reason they were unable to do it either a problem on their end because my bank said it wasn't on their end

The room was clean. Free breakfast was great.. sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, choice of juices(apple, orange, or cranberry, coffee. Staff are very welcoming & friendly. Overall a wonderful experience. Makes me not want to stay at any other hotel franchise.

The front desk clerk that checked me in, after a day of cancel flights, was friendly and helpful. The staff was great. Shuttle drivers were kind. The bed was great. Most of the room was clean. The bathroom was not clean - hair in the shower, some things were missed when sweeping up, etc. The third floor hallway is not in great shape - hallway painted, under construction, etc. The hotel is fine for a night before an early flight. Very close to the airport and free shuttle was appreciated.

Front desk was understaffed, but clerk was friendly and efficient. Room was recently refurbished and clean. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was bad coffee, both in room and dining area. Breakfast was adequate. All and all, good value, would stay again (but bring own coffee!).

The property is older and very tired. Our room was clean enough but the bed was impossible to sleep on. In addition the air conditioner was crazy loud and when it was not screaming, there was a cricket inside the unit that sang.

The bed had a sway on the one side. The tub was not installed correctly. You could only stand in a 8 inch spot with out falling in the tub. Had to hold the grab bar the whole time. We were only there about 6 hours. Got in late and had an early flight the next morning or we would have changed room. Room was 212

I thought the hotel was a bit dingy looking. It was definitely not above a rating of 8.0, maybe a 7.5. The room smelled very musty. I thought the beds were okay. The breakfast was ok, eggs were perhaps powdered and the sausage was roo greasy to eat.
