I like that the bedroom is in a separate room from the sitting area. It is clean. The staff is friendly. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The sheets were clean, but a little rough like they were older. Nothing major, but the following was annoying: The counter was made for taller people. I am short (5 foot) and the counter came up really high. It was actually difficult for me to wash my face and brush my teeth. Also, there isn't a towel rack by the sink. The sink is separate from the toilet and shower area. The towel rack is in the toilet/shower area, so every time I washed my hands, I had to go to the other room to get the towel on the towel rack. It would be much easier if there was a towel rack by the sink. I have stayed here before, and have gotten a room in the back and had no problem with noise. This stay, I was in the front of the hotel, and could hear the noise from the street. If you stay here, ask for a room on the back side of the property, away from the noise of the street.

Breakfast was hot and tasted good. Room was nice with a balcony.

Nice breakfast offered. Comfortable bed however room was hard to regulate temperature. Shower was great. Overall happy and would stay again.

Check in was a breeze very helpful Oxford Suites is our go to place when we visit Pismo beach very clean quiet and comfortable.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was very close to Palermo airport, which is why we chose it. We hope the weather would be nice to access the pool, but sadly it was not. The restaurant was a really great surprise. Excellent food and wonderful wine selection. All the staff was wonderful and especially Luigi in the restaurant

It was good overall. The hotel felt a little dated and some spots are in need of upkeep such as dusting the air vents or removing cobwebs from the lights in the patio

We love the location and the suites are a great size. They only clean the rooms on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Providing more towels on a long stay would be nice. The staff are wonderful.

Quick road trip to Pismo. Clean and everything in the room worked!

We arrived to the hotel on Friday and I have a two year-old son. I went to put the latch on the top of the door not realizing it was broken. I walked away to set my bags down and my son open the door and ran out we had to change rooms for the safety of my son, he doesn’t know any better. Our toilet in the second room was plugged we called room service and they literally brought us a plunger to plunge our own bathroom. It seems like it was an updated hotel but they painted everything to make it look upgraded the railing on the second floor is leaning room are older bedding was clean. The pool had broken towels in it with black mold growing out of it. I quickly got my children out of it. Had a tint of green. The property is well-maintained meaning the lawn and clean just the pool needs some attention and the railing upstairs that’s leaning. Maybe next time someone can find our toilet for us so we don’t have to do this on vacation.

Bathroom was dirty

Safe location. My kids love the hot tub and warm swimming pool at night. Perfect for our dog. The complimentary drink.The best breakfast you can have.Love the friendly atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.

The room is huge so comfortable and have good breakfast.

Staff was unprofessional. The gal at front desk charged me for early check in, which I did not do, then at chk out they girl said she forgot to chk me out, I knew about this because I called about the &72 charge on my card, said she was going to talk to someone because she didn’t know how to remove charge. I’ll never stay here again.

Great service, clean, great location right off the freeway….donw the street from shopping and 3 min from downtown Pismo. Highly recommend!

Positives: 30 minute walk to the beach, good coffee and variety at breakfast, friendly staff, allowed 1 hr late check out. Negatives: dark outdated room not cleaned well and stuffy smell, immediate neighborhood not great, walk to the beach on busy street.
