Great place to stay on a budget. Had an issue with the heat upon arrival but Manager addressed it.

We needed a place to stop for the night. The property was reasonably priced. The beds and bed linens were luxurious. We liked the laminate flooring.

The place is old but being renovated. The floors are laminate which I liked. The bathroom sink had a large crack & the handle to the shower fell off when we used the shower. I informed the management & he said he is working on it. Also, there was a very strange smell coming when getting off the elevator. It was like some odd food smell. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. I might give them another chance.

The staff was great, very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, but needs a little work. Good place to stay for the price. Located near several restaurants and right off the highway.

It was all good. Not too busy. Great customer service. Pool was out of commission and building was under going some internal construction. Overall good stay.

Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the price. The air conditioner was a little loud but not something that would be a deal breaker for me. The hotel was under construction so the workers made a lot of noise which wasn’t great early in the morning. (One morning they started at 4:30 am.) My biggest issue was that housekeeping got took the food we had in our room.

The front desk woman that checked us in was very nice. The free breakfast has room for improvement. They put out cereal and oatmeal but had no milk...no creamer for coffe either.

just pulled in for the night and was very late. good stay, not the cleanest but could tell they were doing work. The hotel was quiet which is what we needed most.

Opened the door and immediately noticed a funny smell in the room, the bathroom was even worse…I had the handicap room, the smell seemed to be from under the sink and all the exposed pipes with the old pipe wrap …left the fan run all night.
Other than the smell the room was clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable.

Very clean, breakfast was great, staffing were very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our room ac unit and it was replaced within 2 hrs.

They are in the middle of a re-model but we got a newly update room. There were a couple of minor issues like slow draining sink and wonky shower controls, which I let them know about. Overall it was fine, close to restaurants and the highway at a reasonable rate.

I got the king suite with a whirlpool tub. The whirlpool function did not work. Turned the knob and nothing. Room is located next to the elevator. Lots of noise. My window view was of a McDonald's drive thur.... room 201.. They had breakfast.

It is a nice place to stay, we got 2 rooms. The only thing is they are in the middle of a remodeling. Stuff was nice and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable and great. However, the workout room was a joke, with one of the four machines broken. Continental breakfast was good. They are remodeling, so the halls were messy.

Stayed the night here in order to attend Austin Peay’s College Day with my daughter. It was about a 15 min. drive to the campus. The hotel was under a remodel. Workers worked very late into the night while someone kept vacuuming which made it hard to fall asleep. Breakfast was good, but not a lot of options for a diabetic.

The room was ok but there was a pile of wax on the floor. We didn’t know if it was puke or wax. Went to the front desk because the phone didn’t work and she said it was old wax that will not come up. Then there was drilling for the first couple hours of our stay, it was so loud and after a long day driving we wanted quiet. After the drilling stopped we were able to get some rest and the beds were ok

Pool area was closed and disgusting looking which you had to look at to go to the elevator. Speaking of elevator my husband got stuck in it and when it finally opened the staff person asked him what are you doing in there.... um being trapped and he said oooh ok and then husband asked where the stairs were. Room was not well maintained lots of peeling paint but atleast the sheets were clean and they left fresh towels. But the traffic entrance is horrible. To exit that parking lot is horribly hard you at the peak of a hard curve in the road which is busy and you better make sure to watch the traffic coming out of the mcdonalds just to the left which is also trying to get on the same road. We will never stay at this location again.

This hotel would be a pretty decent place to stay if it was 2003. This hotel needs a serious update. No charging ports to power cell phones etc.. I plugged the charger in the wall and it fell out of the socket. The carpets have seen their best years, years ago. The hotel is worn and tired looking. It might have had a semi recent overhaul but the quality of the craftsmanship is a do it your selfie. Take out a loan, pay a good contractor (it will be expensive) and then reap the rewards of more business then you could have ver hope for. Until then, it will be a 2.5 star hotel.

The hotel itself was comfortable enough. Seemed,quite clean and the staff was.wonderful. They worked very hard to make everything nice for the guests. Our biggest problem is we looked specifically for a place with a pool. The hotel description says a pool but it wasn't even open. Not as in closed for a few hours, it hasn't even been open for the whole season. Very disappointing.

We needed a convenient and affordable stop over for one night, amenities (like pool which was not usable) were not important to us.
That said, this facility is older and beginning to show 'her/his' age. The grounds were a little shaggy but that is cosmetic.
Personnel were extremely welcoming. And this was what we needed. The continental breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about.
