The hotel is well located by Milan Central Station. Rooms are very small. Breakfast ok. Service could be improved.

This was a very clean, comfortable and somewhat luxurious place to stay in Milan. The staff was very accommodating and the property was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the furnishings were higher, end, the bathroom was spa-like. Our room came with a balcony over looking the street with was a plus. The only downsides would be that the room was very small (no room for our luggage) and there was neither air conditioning nor a fan in the room. We slept with the door open which helped, but then we ended up with a bunch of mosquito bites.

We were in town for the F1 race. Hotel is clean, modern and great amenities. Location was great for us as it’s a two minute walk to Milan Central train station. Lots of restaurants close by as well.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional, they go above and beyond to help their guests and help with accommodations. We had several questions, and we were treated with such care and kindness. Also, pay for the breakfast, it is worth every penny, and so fresh and good. Especially after a long day of traveling.

The hotel was clean. Well kept clean. Breakfast - Horrible. Dry croissants, products ran out. Had to ask to bring coffee etc.
The area. Full of pickpockets and people with criminal activities in mind. Was scared to move at night.
The staff. Nice, exclouding the check out. I wanted to pre-pay on arrival, and this was not noticed in the system. Told me ”it was not pyment, it was pre-authroication” altho every dime had been credited from my card. Not nice.

Beauriful hotel. Our room was clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Staff were generally very friendly. One lady (older staff, potentially a supervisor?) who worked at the breakfast buffet seemed quite unfriendly towards a certain racial group but generally, we were satisfied with the service and overall stay.

Great location (near to the Central Station) and good rooms.
Air con was a bit loud and had a very old type of control, so could be improved.
At check in, we were offered a room upgrade for 450 Euros. After declining, we were told that they had no rooms left with the King size bed we booked, so could now offer the upgrade for 40 Euros.
This felt very much like a scam.
We insisted on having the bed size we booked, so in the end, the room upgrade was given for free.
Just be aware of this potential scam… 450 Euros feels like fishing for money!

The hotel was perfectly located, walking distance from Milan central train station and metro. Four stop to Duomo by metro. The hotel was everything we wanted, clean, comfortable and perfectly located. The room size was above average for Europe. We had the superior room which came larger bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay here again.

We just stayed 2 nights. Right across the street from the Central train station. So convenient for exploring! The staff were wonderful. The room was nice and cool with good air conditioning. It was VERY hot outside so it was such a relief to come back to the room!

This hotel is great! The desk staff and bell staff were super friendly and responsive. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Room service was great! The only exception to this is the breakfast bar and breakfast staff. The breakfast was terrible, especially for what they charge. The buffet was very unstocked and the staff acted like you were bothering them asking for an item to be replenished. The convenience of the train station is amazing if you are taking day trips to other cities. Would absolutely recommend.

It is close to Milan Central Station. Central station and subway station are close, so it's convenient to go anywhere. It was helpful that water was supplied well. I was in the middle of a long vacation trip, but I had a kettle so I could boil water for the instant noodles I brought from Japan. I was happy. Breakfast was good, but I wasn't sure why there were no tomatoes.

This hotel is so nice! It’s a very short walk like 2 mins or less to Milano centrale AND caiazzo line 2 metro stop. Despite being so close to the train station the location feels very safe, we were 2 girls mid-late twenties and felt very comfy! Our room was very clean and had plenty of room and an amazing balcony! We chose to purchase breakfast which was discounted as we added it during check in - breakfast was fantastic, so many options and very allergen friendly! We had a great stay and will def return if ever back in Milan!
