Stayed here because I was in the wedding held at Giorgio's which is connected. Nice comfortable and enjoyable

Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel was clean but in need of renovation. I wish they would set up a doggie bag post and provide a way for pet owners to pick up after their dog. I carry my own bags. But it was clear, only half pick up after their dogs.

Hotel was very dark(dimly lit), water pressure was almost none existent. Tv was very small. Check in staff was very slow.

Paid for my room on affirm when u get there I stood there for 15 mins waiting on some one to show up, the front end look run down, then charged a extra deposit for the room that I didn’t have on my card! I was on the road and needed a quick nap, so ended just having to leave , and still stuck paying for the room on affirm!

Guess they are remodeling. Because when you walk in it smell like the carpet has been wet and they trying to clean it up. The housekeeper started knocking on the door at 10am. If checkout is 11. Why would i be gone already. The light in the shower didn’t work. And the doorknob on the bathroom door was not screwed to the door. I don’t know if the room they gave my family was being worked on before they check us in or not. I didn’t take any picture. We were only there for a night. I just want to get some rest so I could get back on the road

We stayed here, went to a concert, good location, property could use some updating, but other than that it was good.

The hotel was clean but in dire need of updating. The decor was very dated. The carpet in our room (326) was old and could use replacement or at the very least, use a cleaning. The beds were not comfortable at all. I'm sure the mattresses were quite old. And this is a blanket suggestion for Quality Inn websites that indicate a pet is welcome. It needs to be specific as to which pets are welcomed. I arrived with my cockatiel in his cage and I was told that the hotel doesn't allow birds. Well, I groveled and the desk clerk called someone and following that call, I was given a dispensation for my bird to remain with me for my stay. Quality Inn needs to be more specific about which pets they allow. My sister worked for Marriott for 27 years and over the course of those years, I became accustomed to staying in what were truly "quality" hotels. I get that Quality Inns are not Marriotts, but they sure could strive to be half as nice. I won't stay there again.
