Amazing clean friendly

Easy checkin and hotel was CLEAN. Great breakfast.

I really liked the environment, the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like it was hard to find parking at their various locations. I did stay during labour day weekend so it was extremely packed.

The rooms was really nice and clean. Everything you need they had. I didn’t like they didn’t have a tub, but I love the shower. My daughter has a toddler a tub would have been really better for her to give her a bath.

Great location, nice staff!

My suggestion/recommendation would be to extend the breakfast Buffett hours. It was very crowded by 8:30am. During quiet hours, slamming of doors went on. Sounded like the staircase door. Which interrupted our sleep being that we had a corner room across from the staircase door.

Amazing stay..perfect beachfront location

The property was great 👍 My husband and I were very impressed with everything. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the staff in the kitchen and dining room.

We had a wonderful stay but had to leave early because of Debby.. but they refunded 2 nights for us without hesitation.

Really nice property and really good ocean view. The only minor issue that we had was that the pool is too small. It looks way bigger on the picutres but its really small.

Staff not friendly. Parking limited, even with 3 lots. 3rd lot walking back to hotel was bad area.

Check in was easy. There are 3 parking lots, two of them being a block or two away. The room was exceptional. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but it was a king. My partner & I had the breakfast every morning. It was a that good, & had plenty of options. The balcony looked over the boardwalk & beach. What a wonderful view to wake to every morning! There is a Kerig but the prepackaged packets of creamer & sugar were limited. The small refrigerator was a blessing. The indoor pool was smallish, but the temperature was a nice room temperature. And the depth only went to 4 & 1/2 feet. Overall, it’s a great memory, & I would love to go back.

We were there for four and the room was only cleaned once. We had to call the front desk twice for clean towels, coffee and toilet paper. We were not impressed. The continental breakfast was amazing though.

Location, location, location. In the middle of everything. 2 additional off-site parking lots in case on site parking is full. All suites face the ocean. Small indoor pool for kiddies in case you want safer swim option than beach. Late-night security on duty (also must use card to enter building and side doors will lock late-night. Not many will notice this increased security after 11pm, but its one of those things that you appreciate unless you forget your card). One small con is their carpeting which is damp most of the time (even within the rooms). Otherwise, you can't ask for more...

We like the property and the amazing view of our room,the staff are friendly and have decent breakfast. The only thing that we don't like not enough parking spot on the front of the hotel. Overall,we had a great stay at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites.Thanks!

The daily breakfast is fire, y'all. And free coffee allllll day. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes the guests get a little noisy, but it's a family friendly place. and you can't have vacation in a family friendly place without kids getting excited or having the occasional melt down. The hermit crabs we got kept me awake at night more! The indoor pool is so helpful when we get those torrential downpours that keep you from longer beach times. And of course the view of the ocean is wonderful!

Everything was great, the only trouble we ran into was limited parking. We happen to arrive at check-in as did the many others so the small parking lot was jammed up. They have two additional parking lots, off site. I can't be to upset about it because your on the water and every room has an ocean view. So parking is limited. Once you arrive you may want to wait out the rush if there are many people checking in. It literally calmed down after they got through everyone and they have a fast system of check-in and check-out. So this is more of a tip rather than a complaint. It was annoying but the overall experience was great rooms are clean as well.

Our room overlooked the beach and it was easy to get back and forth from the beach to the hotel. The location was great and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice, although MUCH smaller than it appears in the photos, and there weren't enough chairs along the outside. More than 1 family in the pool area made it incredibly crowded. They closed the pool anytime there was a storm, which seemed strange to us for an indoor pool. So if you're counting on the pool during bad weather - don't. Checking in and checking out could have been better; the staff weren't very friendly or eager to share the usual info like parking and breakfast until I specifically asked. Our room was cleaned daily and given fresh towels. The beds were remade nicely every day but our linens weren't changed at all; even though there was a visible mark on the top sheet (made from one of our kids eating on the bed). Parking was fine. Most days we were able to park in the main lot, but they had 2 overflow lots available that weren't far. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would stay here again.

Very bad attention when checking and very bad attitude of the receptionist HAL checkout the dirty room they do not change the sheets of the beds and they have not yet made the refund of the deposit
