Bedside phone chargers were dead. No trash cans or ice buckets. The room and property was in disrepair.

The person at the front desk was very rude and short the room didn’t have a television, remote nor trashcan. The television was hanging off the wall like it was gonna fall down. The walls were filthy. I sure wish I could get my $45.55.perks back.

This hotel is servicable

My linen was very dirty, the shower curtains inside and out was dirty. The tub had hair in it, the shower didn't have a shower head. The bathroom sink wasn't clean and when I walked in the room it smelled like cold pee!!!! There also was no TV, coffee maker or iron in the room. Absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. The concierge from my check in stated that the only problem the room had was no TV. BOY was she WRONG!! She also mentioned that they had no housekeepers. I'm the morning the housekeeper knocked on my door, I told her I'd be leaving soon, she still tried to enter my room anyways. I felt unsafe. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Check in 3pm. We arrived at 3:20pm and there was no rooms available. We had to wait till 3:45-4pm before we could get in a room. Leaving is only 30min to shower and get ready as we were attending a concert.

Average place to stay no amenities to speak of

The Murder Inn! After a grueling 400-mile journey to visit Ohio State and Pittsburgh universities with my daughter, we were eager to finally get some rest. The online photos of this place made it look pristine and inviting, but in reality, it was a nightmare. The place was rundown and chaotic, with stink bugs in the room, leftover KFC containers still in the fridge, and black mold creeping around the air vents. The walls looked like they hadn’t seen a coat of paint since 1985, and I couldn’t help but wonder what horrors might be lurking in the bed. The only solution for this place is a bulldozer. To make matters worse, the staff consisted of overwhelmed 17- and 18-year-old girls, who clearly weren’t equipped to handle the disaster. I felt bad for them—this mess was clearly the result of a manager cutting corners by hiring inexperienced college students instead of a competent staff. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room was very dirty. I had to gp buy cleaning supplies and clean and wipe rhings down. There were honeless people outside too

we requested a bottom floor because we were traveling with a dog, had to take 2nd floor. Room looked like it was under construction i.e. bathroom mirror just setting on counter, a hole in wall that had a tissue hanging out of it, by door some spots on wall that I don't know what they were. No tissues or cups. Tried to add puctures would not let me:(

Bedding and smelll

This property was absolutely the worst property i have ever visited. The room was filthy with a footprint on the wall, mold all over the bathroom, the cove base was coming off the wall, and the airconditioner was so dirty we couldnt read the on/off or temp. The room smelled horrendous, like mold. Never again. No stars was not an option or that would ha e been my answer.

Really old. Not sure why there was a urinal tablet in the sink….. Convenient off highway. Staff very nice

Only one towel in room, no actual duvet in cover, lacking toilet paper, and broken curtains when checked in. Cops arrested and forcefully removed people in nearby room. Lots of people in parking lot smoking and loitering. Overall felt very unsafe.

Never again!!! The floor in the room was never clean. Dirt and debris from the floor ended up in the bed when I got in it. Walls dirty full of holes and the shower head put more water on the wall then out the head. Entry door threshold was place in the middle of the bathroom door way. Bed only had a sheet and topper. No comforter or blanket. Point blank the hotel went down hill big time.

It probably is normally quiet but we stayed there at the time of the motorcycle convention. It was loud, really loud but that's what to expect with motorcycles and their riders. I did have a slight problem with the Spanish lady that cleans the rooms. She had an attitude because I asked her to change our linen and mop the floor. She said she don't speak English. I pointed at the bed so she clearly understood what I meant. I did what Jesus would do. I showed kindness anyway and I tipped her. Other than that the front desk employees was great. They helped in every way that they could.

Things was nice

Stole property that was left behind. Half of my belongings were salvaged the other half missing. The room was never clean (I stayed 4days) and smelled horrible. The teller gave me the run around about my property. Very dissatisfied. This place should close its doors. It’s sad because it’s actually in a nice area.

This place has bed bugs and roaches. The rooms are filthy and they will not refund if you leave due to their facilities being trifling. I left the same evening i came because the rm was do nasty i couldn't stay on top of the roaches scattering once i turned the light on and my skin itching because of the bed bugs. Stay away.

The absolute worst customer service. Clearly there is a reason this is a 1 star motel but after a 10 hour drive to get there for a reservation that was fully paid for they cancelled it without calling us and claimed to have been overbooked. Palak at the front desk has the nastiest personality and there is no manager on site.

Bathtub dirty. Floors dirty

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this was the worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed in.. burn holes in the furniture, they were up doing some type of construction until almost 1am, bathroom was dirty, tissue wasn’t a fresh roll, stains on the towels, sheets were okay I guess but the bed itself was filthy.. & to top it everything off check in was at 3pm.. my room was not done being cleaned until 4:45pm just for the room to still look the way it did.. never again will I stay at a red roof period!

Do not stay here. It is not clean and the workers here speak no english. Only one person here speaks English. I had to go to the laundry room. They were out of toluet paper.

I am on day 3 or 4 of no lights due to a storm and I just wanted some sleep since I have a demanding job, well I got there at 6pm something and was out by 10pm. Although staff was very nice, I personally did not feel safe at all. Erica Dunn

People at hotel were little shady, hanging out,by ice machine and continued to walk back and forth in front of my room, which was also around corner from ice machine

The location has no power so I wasn’t able to stay. We slept in the car.

Greetings The hotel was not ooen and was not able to provide a room. A refund is in order.

Even though my reservation was confirmed, they DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR ME. They said Expedia did not send them the information even though I received several confirmation emails. They did nothing to help me either, simply said they didn't have my room and told me to leave.

The marketing team deserves an A as the online photos make this place look inviting. It’s run down, nothing works properly and the staff were not helpful at all. Our shower curtain and bed sheets were stained and dirty. The door did not close properly. The safe did not even open. We checked the bed for bed bugs as the room was dirty and the floor was sticky. We would have switched hotels but with so many events in the city, they were all full.

Not a good place to stay. Very very dirty. Would not recommend staying there. I slept on top of the blankets. I stayed at the same location years ago and was clean, thus the reason I came back to stay. Honestly needs to be power washed, carpets replaced, new paint, and thats just the inside!

I didn’t appreciate getting there at 3 o’clock to check in and being told that your room was not ready. We went to eat Dinner came back two hours later and our room was still not ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes before it was ready.

Room was not ready at 3pm check in time. Was told to come back at 4:30pm instead. Then was given a different room than i booked and told it was an upgrade but only had 1 bed instead of the 2 doubles. So the 3 of us had to share a king bed. Room was dirty and they wouldn't give us an extra blanket or towel because laundry room was closed for the night. Would never go there again.
