We always stay in this hotel when we go through Provo. It's conveniently located, dog friendly, and has a great restaurant attached.

Our initial check-in was great. The clerk offered us a better room at the same price because the stairs were difficult and they had no elevator. That was a big plus. They had a nice breakfast, too. The ice machine didn't work well and they only had one. I think some upgrade are in order. It's older and I don't think much has been done to improve it.

Its a less than average hotel. Pretty run down bur met our needs. I probably wouldnt stay here again.

I travel through Utah several times a year, and this place is my Go To stop. Normally, the room is quite comfortable. But on my last stay, the hotel was completely booked because of a BYU football game, and the AC in my room barely worked and was noisy when it did work. I would have complained, but they said there were no other rooms. I will try to avoid room 102 from now on.

It was a OK stay. The restaurant adjoined Was a nice feature. The place although being clean can use a refurb.

We stay here on our way from Washington State to Arizona as we are snowbirds. Great for overnight and pet friendly.

Quiet and cozy

The room smelled of cleaning products, I mean industrial products used to mask dog soiled carpets and smokers. This place should be listed as a boarding house for all pets and dogs, well maybe not fit for horses. The carpet was damp in one corner of the room where I set down my suite case. Dogs barked all night long, one room across from us had a dog bark for over 8 hours, until the owner got back. it was at the door, so I know it was not kenneled. while getting breakfast I walked past 5 dogs and their owners in the hallway. This is not a hotel. Other complaints, the pool was shut down for the season, why was it not posted that it would be closed for the season. the bed mattress was hard as rocks, all very old pillows and mattresses. Breakfast was OK but not stocked well. If you want to sleep with a dog and do not own or bring one with you this is the place.

Comfortable however the breakfast was definitely minimal. We’ve stayed here before and the food choices were great. Looks like they’ve cut back a lot, however it doesn’t reflect the higher cost for the night.

only thing that was concerning is that somebody stole my souvenir cup that cost $25 I didn’t notice it till I was ready to go to the game on Saturday. It was just thrown away because they threw away all the soap every day, which seemed like a waste.

Acceptable complimentary breakfast.

The room keys didn't work and we saw many other customers had the same problem. The fitness room was hot and the AC didn't work. Two light fixtures in our room didn't work. Otherwise, a standard motel room.

Our room was dirty. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. It is old, rundown, had hard beds, old sheets and grungy towels. I thought Ramada’s were better than that Never again

This was a great stay at a very affordable price the property was clean and kept up very well

Sink drained very slowly, eggs were undercooked, sausage was overcooked. Refrigerator was unplugged. Room key cards did not work when originally provided, they had to be re-keyed.

The room was clean. The hair dryer was hanging by the wires, the pool was a mess. After asking to be let into the pool, the pool was dirty and we didn’t go swimming. The next morning at breakfast I went to checkout and the clerk was leaned back in the chair sleeping. Some of the exterior doors would not work so you had to walk around to the office to get in. If it was just me by myself I might stay again but not with my family or friends.

The clock and lamps by the bed weren’t plugged in and we struggled to move the bed to plug them in

The hotel is working on remodeling. It was an adequate stay, great price, nice breakfast, friendly staff. It is an older motel and the remodeling is needed.

When trying to get into our room, the keys didn’t work. I took them back to be re-keyed, but the desk clerk said it was probably a dirty lock, not bad key cards. He gave me key cards for a different room which appeared to work but the door wouldn’t open. A long term hotel stayer saw our struggle and helped us forcefully open the door. He commented keys not working and stuck doors were a common occurrence including the side entry doors. Ramada, I think it’s time to spend some $$s on door maintenance!!

The hotel was suffering from some roof damage but the staff did what they could to keep everything running All in all we would stay again

The continental breakfast was pretty good. Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff were very nice.

It was okay. An older facility that showed its age. Toilet seat was loose. Toilet was even loose on the floor. Sink faucet was floppy loose. Breakfast was decent.
