It was an okay stay for motel the check in was smooth and efficient but too much nose and the bathroom was nasty dirty towels and everything

We ordered a room with the first picture being a room with an open bathroom and jacuzzi next to the bed, I purchased what I thought was the room with a jacuzzi. We end up getting there and the room being nothing close to what was advertised (completely dingy and unclean) and no jacuzzi, the guy at the front desk is very nonchalant about the issue and basically said it happens all the time and we should’ve read the entire room description to make sure the jacuzzi was included insinuating it’s our fault. I just wanted a refund due to the fact there where no open rooms with a jacuzzi until Monday (it was Friday) and it just felt disgusting being in the room I was for that short amount of time we where there, I was then told it would take 3-5 BUSINESS days to get my refund, due to it being Friday I now have to wait 5-7 days until I get my money back, funny how they can take it within seconds but u have to wait a week to get refunded.

The room only had one working light and the fan system didn’t go past level one leaving the room very stuffy. The bed was also sinking in the middle.

Unkempt room. Too high for the area and hotel type in my opinion. No amenities available

The rooms just need to be cleaned better and the guest need to be made to pick up after their pets more

The room wasn’t cleaned well at all and I seen two roaches

I booked a room with a whirlpool but was given a standard king room. The walls were moldy, the towel rack fell off the wall when a light hand towel was set on it. I left around midnight as the room was unacceptable and neighbors were noisy.

Got there it was ok typical hotel. Got to the room found a dirty black shirt. After my daughter running around her feet was black. We asked if someone could mop the front desk gave us a mop to mop the room. I sat down on the bed and i broke. Im assuming the box springs broke. The beds was so uncomfortable i never slept.
