The room was ok but service and réception poor. We asked for many things and answers were common ! (Doctors, restaurants)

Hotel was nice looking and easy to get to. Good location to palace, cathedral and old part of the city. Nice bar just off the lobby. A couple maintenance issues though. Stair handrail was very wobbly, door handle to our bathroom was very wobbly and safety handbar in our bath/shower could be pulled out of the wall. The shower is already difficult to climb into and with nothing to safely hold on to, kind of hazardous.

Have stayed here multiple times, staff are really helpful and polite and the rooms are beautiful. The showers are so nice and powerful, could spend all day in there!

Nice stay with family. Everything went smoothly and service was good. Breakfast also very good with fresh fruits/juices etc. Good location within walking distance from the sights.

Nice hotel with big room, comfortable beds and great shower with rain shower head. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections. Especially enjoyed the fresh bread and fresh squeezed orange juice. Hotel was close to sites and train station. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and convenient hotel if a little outside the Historic Centre of Seville. We loved the great customer service and the cleanliness it displayed!

Great room with balcony overlooking the city. Good choice of breakfast. Approximately 1km from the cathedral and alcazar on a bus route for anyone with mobility issues. Small heated indoor pool.

Hotel was really lovely. Breakfast was exceptional. Such a great amount of choice. Room was really nice and we had a balcony. Weather wasnt great for sitting out but would be a lovely option if weather was better. Staff were helpful and we had lunch one afternoon and that was really good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing, with all the big sites in walking distance. Staff were pleasant, particularly the breakfast staff. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a huge choice of fresh and delicious food, very nicely presented. However, our room was very dated with worn towels and drab decor. It seemed as though rooms on some floors had been updated, but our room on the fourth floor and not been touched in many years. Twin and double rooms are the same thing, as a double room just means two single beds pushed together. We were also very disappointed to see that the pool was to one side of the lobby, in full view of everyone entering and leaving the hotel, the street outside and the bar. Throughout our five night stay we only saw three people using it. We had chosen the hotel as it had an indoor pool but it just wasn't suitable for swimming.

The hotel is very well located and within walking distance of many important siites. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is very clean. Service, however, is not always efficient, as the front desk staff appears to involve trainees. Overall, the hotel is a good value, particularly for its comfort and location.

This hotel was clean and about a 10 minute walk to the center of everything. For the most part the staff was great. However my mom and I got no sleep while we were there. Maybe the walls are too thin but the 1st night we were up until 3 am due to neighbors coming home after partying and wanting to stay up an additional 3 hours. The next night it was the other neighbors turn who kept us up until 4am. Talking loudly and non stop from the time we went to ned at 11pm until 4am. We called and complained twice. Supposedly they asked them to be quiet with no response. We were finally moved to another room but by that time our sleep was shot. I was very surprised at the lack of care the woman at the front desk showed us at check out. Didn't apologize or offer to do anything for us. Just thanks for your stay. Other than her the staff was great. My sleep is important so for that reason I would never stay here again

Low quality hotel, no parking nearby, room and washrooms outdated

Like all big cities, taxis are a most to get around. Nice quiet hotel and helpful staff

Short stay, We were upgraded but it appeared to me a standard double room. Bath area lacked hooks for hanging damp towels. Bed was very large and comfortable. Reception staff were quite friendly and informative.

I appreciated that the staff let me enter my room around 10 am instead of the 3 pm check in time. Every encounter with the staff was wonderful.

Difficult to find as sort of a Court yard of the road but eventually found it. Staff very helpful room immaculate but strange having shower and wash basin on show in bedroom. Arparking 15euro per night and very tight parking. Not as central as I believed needed to get cabs to areas. No yes coffee making facilities in the room but generally a good hotel

Really nice property. Newly renovated room and bath. Lifts. Excellent breakfast buffet for €11. Dont skip the breakfast buffet. Very pleased, excellent bed and slept great.

The smallest double room ever. Two people can't pass each other in the room. Very claustrophobic. No electric outlet for the kettle that has to be used in the bath room. View to a back yard with dirt and laundry! The pool was located IN the restaurant and very small. 15 parking spaces only! Alternate parking 300 meters from hotel at €25,- per 24 hours! Not what we expect from a 4 star hotel (frequent travellers) Upside is a very nice terrace about the same size as the accomodation. V
