We had a good stay. Especially we want to mention Nikos from the front desk. He was very very helpful and kind.

The staff were very helpful - we had lost luggage and they assisted us to the best of their abilities.
The actual room was clean and very nicely decorated. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in central Athens. The Gyro place a few doors down from the hotel was cheap and cheerful - very friendly service.

Great hotel to stay with kids (or without). Large family room with 2 double beds. We loved the rooftop pool area. The pool was not very big but it was big enough and had a nice temperature. The pool area had sun beds and some tables and the rooftop restaurant served very nice food.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a good quiet stay that helped us get over our jet lag. Easy walk to the main sights or metro station if it’s a bit far for you. Breakfast was awesome in a light filled room. Pool was small, but okay for a dip after a long hot day. Rooms were adequate. Staff friendly and helpful. 20mins to the port. Little supermarket nearby for water and snacks. Few good
Local rustic restaurants which we tried when we were tired. Ticked all the boxes. Most probably could do with a refresh is some spots but didn’t bother us and made up for it in so many other ways. Great accomodation and Athens is wonderful.

Everything about the Crowne Plaza Athens City Centre was great. We could not have not asked for anything better.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was great - can get busy in early morning hours as lots of travelers are heading out for the day. Quick cab ride to major attractions. Walkable to several restaurants. Bed was hard and pillows were flat. Rooftop pool was cool on a hot day, but very small, so filled up with guests quickly.

Excellent stay. Staff was great. Location is great near the metro line 3 min walk and 5 min ride to the Acropolis. On-site parking and many parking lots near by.

Staff were really good, they were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was also good 😊
The hotel itself is a little dated and requires some general updating / refresh.
Our biggest issue was the smell in the room which may have been from the toilet. One night it was so intense that we could not sleep. We informed the hotel about this and a person was sent to sanitise the toilet. This helped for a little while but the oder returned ☹️

The hotel is just great! We felt spoiled and loved the amenities. Everyone was nice and the breakfast buffet was expansive and tasty. We truly were thankful for the plant-based beauty products since we are vegan. The room was comfy and the only improvement would be allowing us to access Netflix through the TV.

The Bellhop Harry was great! Helene at the front desk was amazing. All the other staff were fantastic too. I would highly recommend staying here.

It's an average hotel. In 2-4 years, it would require improvements. I received a camera that I was not satisfied with.
I gave up on other hotels to test it, but I don't think I will choose this option again.
All in all, it's not bad, but they didn't hit me with the camera at all.

Rooms were amazing. Beds were super comfortable. Washrooms were really nice. Lobby was beautiful. Only thing i didnt like was the restaurant bar on the 7th floor. Needs a renovation for sure .

The pool is well situated on the top floor, and the hotel is very close to the metro and easily accessible.
The bathroom was not so clean with walls of the shower really dirty (with mold).
