Friendly staff but a tired hotel:
-Shower boiling hot
-Dated TV
-No plugs beside the bed
-Aircon ineffective

Nice hotel. We were here for 1 night on business. Pool facilities nice. Jacuzzi was a bit too hot for me and the smell of chemicals in it made my eyes sting. Bed a little hard for my liking. Not the hotels fault but we were next to a crying child as well which we could here all night, slightly annoying when we’d come on business without our kids.

Staff were great, especially the young lads in the bar.
Would be great if they could find my aftershave that I forgot to take home. The pie was a bit disappointing tho.

Good place for a short stay, especially if you have an electric car as there are plenty of charging stations and lots of free parking. Comfortable bed, decent shower, good heating via electric radiator & air con. Room service snack menu looked interesting, though we didn’t need it. Breakfast was ok, though not very hot.

Staff we great. My room was terrible as the door did not close. The cleaning staff at least should have noticed that. However as soon as I drew this to the attention of reception my room was changed.

Staff were great and helpful. Room was a little cramped for a family of 4. But was clean and fairly modern.

I thought it was a nice friendly hotel that offered good value for money and great leisure facilities. Pool was a lovely temperature.
The only downside was the amount of times the door keys stopped working over the 4 days....especially the time I had to go to reception to get it fixed, only to be at the back of a queue of 8 people waiting to check in, with only one person working the desk...could have done without that.

Stayed two nights 3 in one room with a sofa bed. Sofa bed was not made up correctly, there was no mattress on it, didn’t realise until my daughter got up the next morning with a very sore back. Breakfast on day one was a shambles no clean tables and hardly any food left at 9:30, breakfast is served until 10:30 so you would expect there to be food left

Parts of the hotel are quite dated but some of it has been updated. Ok to get your head down. Pool was ok very busy so not quite as leisurely as would have liked. Again quite dated. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment.

Good location, easy to get to and good size car park. Rooms were ok, not massive but clean and fine for an over night stay. Used the pool however was full of children and swimming lessons so almost impossible to swim lengths and not be splashed several times, not a relaxing experience at all! Recommend a swim lane for adults only

I had a older lady 8n a wheelchair and there was no lift to the upper floor very poor in todays society

Nice staff. Comfy bed. Good gym and pool facilities. Excellent price. What more could you ask for? I was visiting marinas and the hotel is a good location for a few.

The hotel was comfortable and a pleasant place to stay. The reception and bar staff were very welcoming and friendly. Although we didn’t have an opportunity to use them the leisure facilities looked excellent.

This property is in a lovely location. Very convenient for our stay.
The room was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast has a great selection for all.
The only fault is the exterior was very tired and a bit messy.

Lovely and clean, staff so helpful and kind. Food ok, breakfast had lots of choice! Pool clean, easy to park, slight error with charges to room but front desk staff super efficient and sorted straight away.

The outside of the hotel and grounds was nothing special but inside it was clean and modern. The swimming pool was warm and changing rooms clean. Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly. Very accommodating for dogs. Short walk into village.

Friendly staff, very clean and the food was really good. The sofa bed in room 139 was very uncomfortable, we had to move my daughter to another room. Otherwise the general experience was really good.
