Upon checking in service was pretty average. Room seemed nice at first, i booked a suite with two beds. After settling in though I noticed some ants in the room and they actually went on one of the beds. I'm not one to make a fuss of it and I had a busy couple days ahead. The ants never went away so they definitely have a pest control issue. My friend and I ended up sleeping on one bed because the ants kept going on the other one. The 24 hour notice policy for housekeeping after 2 nights is a little ridiculous. There was a lot of dust in certain areas of the room and counters weren't wiped down very well. Feels like the staff in this place don't care too much and seem unhappy to work there.

Breakfast is good and the reception is nice. Was quiet and relaxing.

My daughter and I were traveling together and it is always a great comfort when I know that we are being taken care of for safety first

After checking in i headed to room. While getting situated i noticed something on the floor where my little girl was sitting at. It was a pill of some kind. Carpets in rooms are all stained.

The bathroom needs to be totally cleaned. There’s a lot of stain on the walls and some gunks on the toilet paper holder.

The outside was very run down, the inside lobby and common areas were re done and looked very nice. The room was very old, had a very weird smell that made me nauseas, a wadded up old blanket in the closet and black mold that has been spray painted over on the ceiling by the sliding door. I also thought it was inappropriate to allocate zero parking passes for paying guests. Our room was well over $200 and I had to pay an additonal $20 per car (we had 3) to be able to park in the hotel parking lot. This wasn't even valet, just to park there? I have literally never heard of such a thing. We were than given 3 drink passes with no mention of the fact that they were only good for one hour, so when we went to use them at 7:30pm- we were no longer allowed to. The service was terrible- I wouldn't recommend staying here.

beautiful stay, close to everything a family needs

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel lobby dining area are nicely updated. However, we were disappointed with the hotels policy of guests informing hotel if you want for them to clean your room a 24 hour notice is expected! That means housekeeping is not able to fully keep up w/ rooms and rooms are not what they used to be for embassy suites! Our family used to love to book w/ Embassy suites for the room layouts and cleanliness but not having enough housekeeping hotel rooms become unpleasant and run down quickly. And sadly it shows in this one. I most likely would not book again here.

Clean but quite noisy at night.

The suites are spacious and a good size however it felt dirty. Carpets had stains and the AC did not work.

Great location, great service!

The staff are very helpful and attentive, however, the room could've been a little more clean and a comfortable temperature. The temperature stayed at 69°. Overall, our kids are satisfied and that's all that matters.

Sunday to Monday, an overnight get away. Quiet, clean, and great room with a balcony.

The room was dirty with sticky floors and hair all over the bathroom floor. During our stay there were dogs running loose in the halls and someone let their dog poop in the lobby. The lobby area where breakfast and happy hour was served was not cleaned after service. There were some excellent employees like the man serving drinks at happy hour (Virgil) and the man who cleaned up the dishes during breakfast service (Abraham) but most of the young girls working the front desk served up only contempt. The pool was dirty and mismanaged. There were signs everywhere saying no toys, food/drink or floating devices and those rules were ignored by the other patrons. The pool was a very unpleasant experience, unfortunately, during this heat wave.

Kids had a great time swimming and we all enjoyed breakfast. They should have a water station or water fountain so we can refil our water bottles. But overall it was a good 1 night stay.

Close to shopping, coffee, highways and the great mall also ihop on the corner was good at 10:30pm. Room smelled good, clean and staff was awesome. Front desk person was funny, personable and gave us a room with a very nice view.

Called to help my sister couldn’t leave u til later they gave me wrong amt to stay and didn’t add service charge one big mess never had I had bad service @ embassy I always stay in LA

Hotel was nice and there were good dining options at walkin distance. Room furniture was old or outdated and shower head was not working properly.

Liked: the hotel is a sight to see both inside and out. Walking in and taking in the awe inspiring height of many levels and rooms. Then, the indoor pool was so cool to see when having drinks, snacks, and/or lunch and dinner. The elevators are glass so one can enjoy the lobby going up and down. Breakfast was awesome. Disliked: Room door would not latch closed every time. The outlets were loose and not intact to the walls. There was an Corona beer box in the very small patio and not very clean. They're was black mold on the sliding glass door and curtains. My cousins in other rooms had a/c issues that were not taken care of by staff and maintenance. Rooms were clean, but there were signs of lack of attention to detail. Overall, it was a good stay for us even our 7 year old claims to be the #2 best hotel he's stayed in.

The staff was in organized and we asked for a late check and it before even booking and were promised a late check out with any problems and even made sure to remind them of our late check out then we were told they could accommodate us with our request and told of an extra charge of a late check out fee when they never told us anything .
