Kapok is always been my first choice since 2019 ,This time I do had little discomfort,since I do not use AC I always leave the windows open but the room i was right on top of generator so whole trip slept in noise even if I close the window couldn't escape the noise hope next time plzz consider my request n try best to locate me on the left side of the Kapok building My Regards Lal

So booking through expedia they gave u the worse rooms my firsr room was horrible door couldnt close toilet wont flush 2nd room shower was absolutely horiible the only i say tha was good about this place breakfast staff was amazing front desk not so much the guy that works the night shift was nice i wont reconend if someone asks

The hotel is quite modest. The pool was lovely and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff and the front desk were not the friendliest but they did accommodate us for an early check in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Safe and close to shopping and walking. The staff were friendly, helpful and supportive. The restaurants in the hotel offered high quality dining experiences. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and I appreciated having a refrigerator for storing items I received.

Stay was pleasant. Water pressure was nice. We booked last minute and arrived after midnight so there was a delay during check in. The receptionist couldnt find our reservation and took approximately 30 minutes before successfully checking us in. Water pressure was great. Hot water was great. We did not wake up in tjme for breakfast

Third time staying in Kapok Hotel, the staff is amazing and very polite. Breakfast in the morning has a great variety of foods. The two restaurantes in the Hotel are great, Kava my personal favorite!

We found the attentiveness and care displayed by all staff members at Kapok hotel to be of the highest order-- we were very impressed. Kapok hotel is the only place we stay when visiting Port of Spain!

Breakfast was excellent. House keeping was done everyday and earlier in the day than other hotels. The rooms could do with some updating and guest should be able to control the A/C for their room. I couldn't find a remote and there was no touchable display, so I had to resort to turning on or off, to regulate temperature.

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a balcony or dresser/chest. The hotel location is great for accessibility to malls and other places. I would stay there again.
