We stayed for a quick overnight prior to our departure from MXP the following morning. The location was safe, close to the main attractions one would want to see and it was stylish and welcoming!

The staff at Urban Hive were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be staying with them again upon our return to Milan. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bar had great drinks and coffee. Very happy with our choice to stay here.

Staff are friendly. Hotel is clean, best location, and very nice and large room.

One particular experience marred our stay at this hotel. Generally, hotel lobbies are a perk of staying in a hotel, but this hotel's lobby was anything but typical. We were eating a cookie we brought from outside, and we were told not to eat it in the lobby or to leave the lobby to eat it elsewhere. Apparently, the hotel had leased the space to a restaurant that controls the lobby, or something to that effect. We wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Nehuen, Luis, and Chelsea were super kind and went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. 10/10!

We absolutely loved our stay at Urban Hive! Beautiful hotel with exceptional service! The breakfast was so delicious! The staff made us feel so welcome, and our baby felt like a superstar! We would absolutely stay here again and could not recommend it more highly!

Very clean and nice mood

The Urban Hive was amazing. We stayed there twice while In Italy. The front desk and the staff that worked there went above and beyond in every way!

Best area in Milan. Full of restaurants and bars. Local crowd.

This was my Fiancé and I’s first time in Milan. We arrived at around 20:30 and pulled in to the hotels incredibly convenient parking area, where we were met by a very helpful attendant. We then went up to reception where we were met by an extremely kind and helpful lady, I wish I remembered her name but she was outstanding. Helped us with everything we needed and even made us a reservation at an AMAZING restaurant two minutes away. The room was very nice, with all the amenities one would need. They even had a water refill station in the hallway which was really convenient! I would rate this place a 10/10, and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel in Milan. Thank you so much to Urban Hive Milan and their staff, and we hope to stay with you again sometime soon!

The employees and Owner are very welcoming. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Since we had a tight schedule to make it to town we were drove to the taxi meeting point via personal Tesla . 10/10 would recommend

We were here for a quick day trip between Venice and Lake Como. This hotel is extremely clean and room was well appointed. About a 20-30 min walk to The Last Supper with endless sights along the way. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel was perfect in every way. Very helpful with reservations, taxis and went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious and so was the ala carte menu in the lobby. Can't wait to go back!!

This is a beautiful, hip and modern property. The staff - especially Atousa and Chelsea were excellent. They greeted us, checked us in, explained the charges, gave great suggestions for local restaurants and things to do and were very accommodating for our family of 6. Easy check in, texting available for any needs, rooms were spacious, clean and very well appointed. We really enjoyed our 1-night stay. Urban Hive is very close to all the shops, restaurants, Duomo and night life. I highly recommend!

The highlight of our stay were the wonderful staff members! A special shoutout to Atousa who was so graceful and kind and informative. I would not have said that I’d be back had it not been for the staff. With that being said, I believe cleaning could be improved. I reached for a book in my room that was placed on the top shelf and was shocked by the amount of dust that spread everywhere. There was dust in all the areas that were “harder to reach”. I hope my comments are taken into consideration. Otherwise, 5 stars for providing amazing books, a yoga mat, weights, etc. what kind of hotel does that? it definitely set a new standard for me! Loved it!

Great location, excellent staff, room was fantastic!

This place was amazing! Clean, modern, nicely decorated rooms with nice touches such as weights and work out mat. Excellent and friendly customer service. We were only there one day but my daughter was sick. They brought up a thermometer for me, checked in on her, made her a special treat for breakfast the next morning. And the room service I ordered while I stayed in with her was delicious. Highly recommend.

Really great location with short walk to good food and Duomo. The staff helped us a ton with requests, including keeping the fresh pasta we bought in the hotel refrigerator for us until our 3am early departure!. Its also nice to get a cafe in the morning in the lobby and a glass of wine at night. Great spot. We will be back

Location convenient for the old town, friendy staff, great breakfast, well designed rooms. Parking under the hotel but expensive (€45 per night).

Staff are so helpful

Nice hotel and really helpful and friendly staff. The staff were outstanding. The facilities like bar and gym are quite small and basic and there’s no onsite restaurant. Not a lot of nice places to eat compared to other places we’ve been to

This is a lovely boutique hotel in walking distance to major sites. The staff wonderful, kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
