Had a nice stay.

Very conveniently located near major attractions in Gurnee and close proximity to Lake Forest. Very price friendly and near great shopping and dining.

The property is very dated. The vanity in the bathroom was detached from the ground. The vanity top in the kitchenette area was stained. The disposable coffee cups supplied in the room were too tall for the coffee maker. The mattress in the pull-out couch had stains and holes, and was very thin. The property was conveniently located and easy to get to.

The hotel is out dated and has a smell. We Lysoled everything down and sprayed the room

The hotel was not well maintained and the room was somewhat unclean (mold around bathroom sinks and shower. The shower also barely had any water come out and was only able to be very hot.

Was there for the weekend went to Great America in the website it says free breakfast i been a rewards customer since 2016 i used this hotel in the past alot. Then I get an email letting me know the breakfast room was closed. Then the next morning I see it open but they charged 11.99 person. The other thing i didn’t like is the 100 extra they charge for damage property which is refund agter 10 days. Was hard since I planned my trip base on my fianacial situation. I do not remembered reading that when i booked the hotel. Hotel overall great just a lttle expensive. I saw other hotels around which were cheaper and had more restaurants to choose from. Next time I will do more research.

Pros: Stayed here for one night after a fun day at Six Flags. Hotel is just up the street so location was great. No issue with the rooms or service. Cons: Breakfast cost extra, we did not buy it. The pool was not heated, it was ice cold. Was an average size pool. Hot tub was closed and boarded over.

Will stay again

Walked in and waited 3+ minutes for the desk girls to even acknowledge that i was there, went to the room it was not as discribed. Missing 1 twin bed the table in the room the top was very loose the toilet seat was falling off and the bathroom flood smelled like they used a dirty mop on it, and the door wouldnt lock unless you really pushed on the door. Talked to the front desk, gal was very rude and said I booked 3rd party an the room was only suposed to hold 5 people not six she did get us a roll away and sent the maintenance person up to fix things. There was no signal on tvs so we watched our phones. This place didnt seem to care that we had issues. There cleaning staff was very nice. There was a pool but no spa they also charge 11.99 per person for breakfast. I Recommend going out fo breakfast. This place seems to be under some kind of remodel.

Did not understand why my room did not have a mini fridge

I paid the extra $12 per person for the quality of breakfast that is normally free at other hotels. Very limited selection

Great place to stay

It was not that great and the air in my room was so loud i could not sleep and then the tv was going in and out the wifi was realy slow my phone data was faster and wish the bar and dinner place was open so we didnt have to leave to go get food and i only have stayed at a hotel 2 times in my life and this one was the not the best for being a hotel that everyone said was good i use to work at a hotel and ours were a lil better then this one oh and they didnt have the bags to put You're dirty laundry in anymore.I had to use a trash bag witch held like 2 pieces of clothings and when we checked out they couldn't give me a Receipt They said they'll email me a receipt.I never got it

There breakfast was an embarrassing joke. They want to charge you 11.95 for one tray that had scrambled egg, next to diced potatoes and a tray of bacon. That's it for hot! No waffles, pancake,oat meal,toast,etc. Joke

What i didnt like is the pool is only open until 9pm. No adult hours for the pool. We wanted to have family time and was told we couldn't be loud in the lobby, which i understand but we had no where to play family games. No free breakfast, my other family bought breakfast but everyone cant afford to. When getting checked in the police where there and very rude. They ask questions to the front desk and kept going instead of leaving me my keys and go to my room after a long ride. The room was clean, expect my pillow case. Its not a bad place just not for me.

Room smelled like mildew air conditioning couldn’t be controlled. Room was moist it was bad. Hallway’s dirty smell like cigarettes. Worst stay ever I will never be back very unsatisfied customer.

Property is clean and quiet relaxing place to stay

No breakfast, the air conditioning in our room didnt work, and the water pressure in the shower was not very good. Staff was great though, super friendly and the fastest check in ive ever had.

The Staff was excellent and friendly , Kayla at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

They cancelled my reservation 2 days prior and did not send an email. They said they called but the number listed was incorrect. I was there for a wedding and the cancellation made me late for my wedding. They offered no help or assistance. Just like, oh well we are fully booked. Nothing we can do to help you. Zero remorse.

A lot of noise

Check in was terrible front desk staff was rude. Card was charged before I was even scheduled to check in which has never happened before. Booked 3 rooms together and the rooms where in 3 separate places and told nothing they could do and didn’t really care that we had did it to be together as a family.
