This is a comfortable, clean , smart place to be . Congratulations, close to the Disney Parks, Walmart, restaurants.. beautiful area to stay !!

When we arrived, the front desk was polite and welcoming and showed us where we were to go. However, the room was not what I expected after the reviews I saw and the first impression. The bed was dirty, there was an iron stain on the carpet, they had not dusted the baseboards in quite a while. Also, the picture on the tv went crazy multiple times while watching. We immediately went to the front desk in regards to the cleanliness and they took care of it immediately. However, when we returned to the room, it had not had a full cleaning like we were told was going to happen. When I checked out in the morning, I told them about the tv and reminded them about the dirty room and was just given an apology, no consideration for at least a partial refund of the room or any other compensation, just “I’ sorry”

I liked the property the staff were very rude and not friendly everything seemed to be an effort. I did not like the fact that we were tricked into a time share or similar sitting through a presentation we were there for over 3 hours extremely exhausting high pressure sales. I only did the presentation as they had a hold on my money and the only way to get it back was to go through the process. I found it to be very underhanded tactics and I will think twice before staying there again which is sad because I like really the property.

I loved how homey & clean the property was. I was honestly surprised it didn't have more stars! I would give it 5 stars. Such a cozy and happy property.

HUGE value for the money. Wonderful rooms, excellent little store, perfect pool and hot tub. What a great place! Literally right next door to animal Kingdom

This property was Great. The villa was clean and Nice size for me and my family. The Kids really enjoyed the pool and all the activities that are played on the weekend with the staff. Would definitely recommend

My family has been coming here for years , several times a year . We live in Orlando so we enjoyed a close get away. The units are in desperate need of a make over . Dirty grout, stained ceilings from water damage, stale odors when you walk in, etc. To make it worse the clientele of this resort has changed dramatically. Gone are the days of class and dignity in the common areas of the pool etc. No more family friendly activities and appropriate music for everyone to enjoy. They advertise karaoke on Friday nights but you actually get abnormally loud Spanish music courtesy of a DJ that barely speaks English. The sides of the pool are littered with empty beer bottles and cigarette butts. Random hair balls floating in the pool from cheap synthetic wigs and extensions being worn. The women are wearing suits that are too small, the men are noticeably intoxicated and both are exhibiting behavior inappropriate infront of minors. It seems capital vacations either honors Groupon for online bookings or Section 8 vouchers , because that’s the clientele they’re attracting . Spirit Airlines could easily have a direct connect from the airport to Silver Lake Resort because there is no limit or boundaries to whom they’ll do business with. I felt sorry for the quiet and modestly dressed seniors and out of state travelers that came with their children to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. They were met with sloppy behaved and slovenly dressed people, drinking-twerking and shouting. Trash!

The check-in lady did not welcome me. She was busy trying to tell me if I use the paper towels and etc. I would be charged. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, however, my white socks became very black every day that I put on a fresh pair. I went to get my parking tag. I was forced to say I was making over $50,000 a year to get in the meeting. When check-out, the lady did not ask me how was the stay. Hospitality needs work, because we travel here to begin our vacation, and we was busy focusing on how much toilet paper we are using, so we won't be charged for the other roll.

Nice pool

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Limited supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags etc. Unable to change the stations on the television as they were too outdated.

The checking time the room was room was wrong different the one I booked for.

We stayed at this property for a week, it was great ! Family friendly atmosphere and the condos were great ! Highly recommend.

I didn't like the building i was in #1900. I was on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot and all night i kept hearing the go kart (security) going around very noisy, people unlocking & locking their cars, slamming doors & people arguing or talking very loudly around 3am ish. I'm a light sleeper, and i couldn't rest properly. This was very, very annoying. In addition to the room was way smaller then the room I had in the 1700/1800 building which i wasn't expecting at all. I which i could be told during the booking, which building i would be in so i could call the front desk and change it prior to my arrival, and i prefer to be on the top floors to avoid all the extra noise.

Gas leak in our first room, roach infestation in the second and third room. Then manager acused me of lying and making up the "roach" problem. On top of their time-share SCAM! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE INSECTS HOME WITH YOU!! Do not fall for their time share scam!! The manager doesn't care about anything but taking your money and brainwashing you into a forever contract with a time share!

( Don’t stay here if you don’t want to be Scammed ) When you arrive to the resort to check in, the front desk trick you into picking up your parking pass to another desk where another person tries to offer you free vacation nights and free dinner with the condition of you attending an hour presentation. The person I talked to offer me park tickets and when I told him that I already had tickets he offer to upgrade my tickets, to make the long story short they do whatever they can to convince you to attend an hour presentation on you’re arrival to the resort. I don’t know about you but the last thing I wanna do when I’m on vacation is being harassed to do something I don’t want to. I left and said I would go for the harassment to stop and never showed up.( they do this to person that shows up to check in to the hotel) That’s not the only thing, when I went to my room they don’t have the amenities that any other hotel provides, I called the front desk to request them they never answered my call, after trying many times they finally answered they put me on hold right away forever and I had to hang up. I did this many times and never got to speak to anyone. To make it worst they don’t clean your room the next day, take out trash or give you clean towels. It seems like they red flag you if you don’t attend to their presentation. I can’t believe they get away with this legally. 😠

Everything was perfect.

Traffic noise was ridiculous, building 400 is right up against a very busy road, by 5am every morning it was constant loud traffic. Could not sit out on balcony during the day because of all the traffic noise. Room was very dated, cracked tiles, cabinets that need repaired, low water pressure.
