It's tough just to find a clean place that's affordable in Gunnison, so it was nice to find Alpine Inn. It's cleaner than most and everything is in reasonably good condition. The bed was comfy, though the pillows were lacking a bit. The breakfast was average, but decent. It's a smaller hotel and tucked away a bit from downtown, which I like. I deducted points because I discovered prepared food left by a previous guest in the bed table drawer (yuck) and a suspicious stain on the chair (I didn't dare use it). Still, this place is a good value for Gunnison and I'd stay there again.

Quiet night sleep in a wonderful clean and well appointed room. Staff was very accommodating in making our stay very enjoyable. We will happily return!

The Alpine is a dated mountain town hotel with a friendly staff and everything you need in a room. Good bed and pillows, mini fridge with separate freezer, microwave, flatscreen (with all types of channels) iron and hairdryer. They offer a typical breakfast of this kind of hotel. Almost forgot, they have an indoor pool and hot tub. It’s slightly out of town making it convenient and quiet. We will definitely stay again when we’re in Gunnison.

The property is dated but very well maintained and clean, same with our room. The room was very quiet and bed was very comfortable. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased and we will be staying there again when we are in Gunnison.

Nice lobby sitting area and outdoor space. Room 125 was clean and comfortable however it was very noisy due to being on the lower level and right next to the outside stairway. Noise from room above went on for several hours and people using the stairway at 6:30 am woke us up.

Stayed here while visiting Crested Butte. Check- in was quick and easy. Parking was good. Area was safe and quiet. Breakfast was not that good. Room was clean. Overall was a nice stay.

The bathroom light did not work. Stayed on for a few seconds then would shut off and not come back on.
Refrigerator was working when we arrived. Put our cheese, cheese spread and cold cut meat in fridge. This morning the fridge was not working. Everything was warm. Had to throw out our groceries. Frustrated. Told the man at front desk when we checked out. No reaction what so ever. Cheese and meat are not cheap…

The rooms above the pool have a pump directly outside and make a loud noise on all night! No coffee maker and broken fridge.

After reading reviews of other hotels in Gunnison, this hotel had all 10s on current stays . It lived up to that.

Great stay!! It was clean and the management were amazing.

Gunnison and the area has lots to offer. The hotel was clean and efficient. The town was friendly and busy with the rodeo being on and trips to Crested Butte and rafting with Three Rivers in Almont were especially enjoyable outings.

Pur room was spotless and the staff was great. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was perfect start to our day of hiking at nearby Crested Butte.

The hotel was super clean. Check in process was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Left behind some items and the are holding them for us. Breakfast was pretty limited but good. Pool could have been a little warmer. This will be our go to hotel in the future when staying in Gunnison!

The hotel was very nice and very clean. It is obvious it has been well taken care of.
The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was the front desk staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming.
