Our room layout was acceptional for traveling with 4, but we were traveling with 5. There is no pullouts and getting a roll away was more difficult than need be. The floors in several of the units were very dirty and there were 2 full size towels provided for 5 guests. It just felt unprepared. The staff took a little to get them to warm up, but they did finally come around. The beds were pretty stiff and sadly the springs were present and accounted for. The pool was great! Too many chemicals, but fun, spacious and great for oyr kiddos to enjoy themselves

The beds were horribly uncomfortable, and the lady working in the breakfast room was extremely rude and unaccommodating!

I did not realize that it was a motel. I generally prefer hotel rooms. Breakfast was ok. The waffle machine was broken and my family does not like eggs from a box. The chai tea was surprisingly good though.

I accidentally left my pillow there and housekeeping kept it for a week before I got back.

Sucked. Maybe for $49,99 it would have been more appropriate.

The minibar was not cleaned at all. We still had the leftovers of the previous guest. The coffee machine still had the leftover of a used coffee bag. The top was full of hair, we couldn’t use it.

I was charged twice for the room and neither Expedia or the hotel helped never use Expedia again 512-694-3604

The hotel was not adequately equipped with blankets and the parking area was tight...the front desk was not very helpful.

This is a decent place if you're just looking for a bed, shower, and toilet. The pool was grimey, and looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a long time. The breakfast was awful... you can tell theyre trying to cut costs. The smoke alarm was disconnected from the wall, the lamp shade was cracked, one of our pillows looked like it had blood splatter on it, the AC unit was pretty much just a fan, and we couldnt use the lock on the door. We stayed for 7 days and they wouldnt add any reward points to my account since I booked through Expedia, even though I've stayed at several hotels that were able to add reward points without any issues. The staff was nice and friendly, but I probably wont ever stay here again.

Floor in room was dirty. Wallpaper was stapled together on one wall. Wall hanging missing. (Picture) Bathroom was way too small. Air conditioning was way too loud. Swimming pool was nice as was the hot tub, but needed a cleaning.

Room smelled! Beds were uncomfortable. Bath tub faucet leaked constantly!

This hotel could really use some upkeep. The wallpaper was dirty and peeling in the bathroom and also in the main area. The light fixture between the bed was askew and could not be fixed. The toilet was an old style, round toilet that sat very low to the floor. The chair in the room faced the door because there was no other space it would fit. The air conditioner was loud

Our stay was comfy and it was affordable. The only down fall was that there was no streaming TV but it was so nice outside that we weren’t in the room much.

It was nice for what it was. We stayed so we can walk to western did a football camp. Staff was nice and room was updated and nice however there was mold on the bathroom walls.

Close to university. Staff was very friendly. Beds were not comfy, very hard. Other than that…it was decent.

There was a rotisserie chicken just sitting on the table as soon as I opened the door to my room. It almost seemed as if I was given a room that someone was already staying in except the beds were perfectly made. The front desk was kind and gave me a new room no questions asked. I’ll avoid staying here on future trips to Gunnison. There were some other suspicious things I saw, but I don’t want to tarnish their name any further. I don’t usually write reviews but this was a pretty bad experience.

The bed was very uncomfortable, floor hadn't been cleaned for awhile, breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6:30 (posted time) and didn't open until 7. Hotel in dire need of updates/renovations

We love coming here because it is so close to the college when we come visit my son.

The room had a broken door jam, and the remote didn’t work. I was also charged 2 times ans ot is not resolved.

I have stayed at the property a handful of times. I usually never have a single issue and I have always been very happy with it. The seal on our toilet had an issue and leaked.

Room was dated & not clean. We got what we paid for but would have felt more comfortable if it was cleaner. The mattress had springs in it that you could feel. We only chose this hotel because it was pet friendly but would not stay again if we were travelling without our dog.

Room was not very sound proof. Could hear the people upstairs. Shower door had what looked like cleanser on the chrome part of the door. Pool could have been a little cleaner & not so much chlorine in the water. It burned our eyes.
