Toilet didn’t work and had urine in it and the carpet had so many stains and looked so dirty I didn’t want to walk in my bare feet on it.

Facility was so dirty that we had to leave and a new hotel

property needs some upkeep and maintenance. Not worth the rate charged.

Dirty, smelled dirty, floor was dirty. Bathroom shower kept dripping all night long, we didn't even use the shower. Found old food on the floor and some wrappers to candy or other food. Mattress was lumpy, the couch was stained and dirty. No elevators so you had to carry everything up the stairs. Breakfast was ok.

They ran out of key cards so I didn't get one for my room. They had to let me into my room and when I left and came back, I had to have them let me back into my room again. The room wasn't very clean, and the breakfast was disappointing.

Quiet area but right off one of the main roads!

It was a very late checkin. Good thing they had availability though Expedia. Comment is that they use microfiber bedsheets that is too warm to use if you are a very hot person. The room given was for the other able persons. Someone used it before me. Strong urine or animal scent was in the room, too. I was tired and too tired to argue to look for other available rooms.

The first room we checked into had been smoked in and there were cigarette burn marks on the carpet. The 2nd room had a bodily fluid blood like stain on the comforter. It was disgusting

We arrived later in the evening and were exhausted we just needed to get some sleep. No elevators. The carpet in our room was very worn and stained, but the bed looked clean and no bugs. I realized after we brought up our bags that the shampoo was half used…so I threw out the bottle. Then we noticed the tv kept cutting out…no a big deal, we were going to bed anyway. Went to the main floor to get some ice for the cooler and noticed that just outside the pool a portion of the ceiling had fallen in due to a water leak. So, they had put a bucket there, a caution sign, and didn’t even clean up the pile of ceilings tiles that had fallen down….ok, no worries, we weren’t using the pool anyway…so……Got back to the room, got into bed and noticed the dried bloody mucus on the side of the bed side table….yep, gross….but still exhausted, so we moved the table so that I didn’t accidentally touch it and got some sleep. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel was clean but our non smoking room smelled like smoke. Small parking lot. It was quiet.

The brown shades in the room could tell you a story about the dust bowl days, they need to be replaced. The ceiling in the bathroom needs painting, water stains look like poop on the ceiling. The lawn needs cutting. If you have time to suck on a cigarette you have time to pull weeds and cut the lawn. I would to kick butt. But that’s not my job. The breakfast was so bad I wouldn’t feed to a dog. No nobody takes pride in their work. See what you can do and get back to me. Timothy

Ice machine - not working Pool - not working TV - not working properly, called front desk, as instructed on TV and was told nothing they can do about it, try unplugging it and resetting - didn't help Towels were see through thin Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were open and partially used Mattress were worn with slopes, not comfortable

When I arrived I was told they had overbooked and there was no room available even though I had a confirmation The front desk clerk was very rude and looked disheveled. I travel a lot and this is the worst experience at a hotel that I have ever experienced!

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The sheets, the towels, the floors, the walls were all dirty. The shower curtain was barely hanging on and you had to hold it closed to shower. This was not worth the price. And to top it off the person who checked me in was so short and snappy.

First, when I came to the front desk to check in, one of the maids had a baby who had a poppy diaper. The smell was horrible. In the room, there were holes in the sheets. There were crumbs on the one of the bedside tables. They obviously don’t do extra cleaning ever as there was lots of dust built up along the wall behind furniture. It just felt unclean overall. Luckily I was only there one night. And that’s what I kept telling myself. “It’s only one night.” “It’s only one night, I can do this.”

Decent stay for the price, no major complaints

the hotel is on the older side but very comfortable beds. Every towel I pulled off the shelf in our bathroom had a stain on it as well as the bedspread. Just needs a little love.

Our Room stunk so bad. Our inside door lock was broken. There was hair all over the bathroom & toilet. Wrappers and tooth picks on the floor. Salt packets & crumbs inside the drawers. The carpet was sticky in spots. Beds are not comfortable, blankets are very thin. The pool was ok. There were towels in the pool area! The front desk Staff was very nice!

This was one of the nicest accessible rooms I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was large and everything was within easy reach. Best of all, the bed was low enough that I didn't have to lift my daughter up onto it.

The pictures ar ripped off walls, they had to an air freshener in the room which made us sick. The heat/air conditioning unit didn’t work. Need I say more

It was easy parking due to the fact we are disabled seniors.

Fridge in the first room wasn't working so was given another room across the hall. That was on the noisy highway side. The back door of the building dosen't close shut so security on that end was a fail. Full breakfast was good though.

No Kleenex's in the dispenser. Shower rod was about to fall off. Breakfast didn't have proper utensils, no plastic tongs because he couldn't find any. Wanted me to use a metal tong to get toast out.
