It was clean, in town and very comfortable. Though I didn't use the pool or hot tub they were located in a beautiful indoor setting. Nicest pool area I've seen.

Long walks down the corridors to the room and no elevator. It was only one floor up but carrying heavy bags up and down steps wasn't fun.

The cooperation of staff was excellent. We had serious issues with the TV and the staff person on duty was able to get authorization to move us to another room. It was the "Outdoor Suite".

It was nice to stay where the event I was attending was held.

The mattress was lopsided.

We arrived in the late evening after a difficult day on the road. The front desk staff member, without knowing anything about our tough day, upgraded us to a pool-side princess-themed room, which was super fun for our 6 year old daughter. The pool has a small tunnel slide which the kids enjoyed. A number of restaurants were close-by. We opted for Taco Bell which was open until midnight.

The pool was chilly, which didn't dampen the kids enthusiasm, but made it a bit tough for me to enjoy it. The internet was a bit spotty.

Very dated
