Excellent breakfast, clean quiet room, best hotel I've stayed in

Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Breakfast was good, too.

I didn't realise breakfast was included until halfway through my stay but good selection when I did. Rooms were large, clean, modern and comfortable. Its close to Walmart and a short walk to the Mall where you can do some shopping and go to movies

It was a fair way out of town, difficult if you haven't got transport.

Booked a room with a refrigerator and none in the room. Told the front desk and they didn’t do a thing about it.

Breakfast was decent. Need to get different bacon. Need a variety of creamers for coffee. It was nice that their was a variety of breakfast items to choose from.

I was double charged for my room. By booking and then the hotel. The hotel personal all seemed like they didn’t know what to do and didn’t care. 360.25x2 is a lot of money! Not even an apology for their mistake, no discount for the issue, NOTHING. Also, it seems as some of the employees live there! That’s extremely unprofessional. Some of their maintenance personal appear to be on drugs.
