I love this hotel except this trip they didn’t offer the $15 daily food & beverage credit at my check in.
I asked about it on my 2nd day and was only able to use it once. Lost out on two opportunities

Great staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add.
The room is like all other chain hotel, it´s like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed.
The resort fee is a ridiculous scam that to many hotels charge. Things that other hotels include in the room price but mostly in the US is an add on. However, Swissotel actually gave credit that could be used for breakfast and dry cleaning so the 25+tax could be used in some ways.
The automatic elevators was a big plus, waiting time short and effective use of the elevators, more hotels should have this setup

I booked a room for a weekend stay for my husbands birthday and it was fantastic. The room was perfect with the perfect view of the river, the restuarant and bar had amazing waiters and service, and everything was clean and well taken care of. We will be back!

The staff was welcoming and answered all questions. The room was amazing with a beautiful view, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and modeled very nice. Everything was clean and the room was perfectly presented.

Check in was smooth but didn’t quite explain the elevator system. The Palm restaurant had a fabulous breakfast with great service. Love the location too!

The room was little dated, and valet was little high but it’s Chicago. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is one of the best in city.

Love this hotel. Friendly staff, walking distance to all major places as well as the starting line for the Chicago marathon. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town!

This is a nice place to stay. I believe this is my third time staying here and I’ll definitely stay here again. Everything you need is within walking distance. The fitness center has a good variety of equipment with incredible views! Last but not least, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Slightly dated spot, but overall awesome. Service was excellent, place was very clean. Surprisingly cheap prices in the 24/7 store downstairs. My only real complaint was that the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

When I arrived to check in the room I booked was sold out because the hotel was filled to capacity. That had nothing to do with what I booked and paid my money for! That was not fair from the beginning!

It was okay but, I wish they specified the clearance level for the self parking if we would of have know ahead of time we would of brought our smaller car

Had an amazing stay at this amazing property. My husband and I had a King room with city view and the room was extremely spacious. There were signs of wear in the bathroom and some stains on the carpet, but for the most part it was clean. Shower needs re-plastered and door needs replaced to keep this property up to snuff! Luxory property at luxury prices so it should look as such.

Food terrible, conference facilities OK but food services poor, the 25$ a day additional "experience' fee was ridiculous and inappropriate - and then being taxed on it was just insulting. Give the real price up front and don't play around with such fees.
