I paid got for a King and upon arrive found out I had been bumped to a double. It was very frustrating. The hotel said that corporate allowed them to oversell and that they couldn’t give me a new room till the next day. On top of that the I was in was bit clean. There were crumbs in the corners, grease stains on the leather chairs, dirt on the mirrors and the shower gel bottle was completely empty.

This Embassy Suite is newly renovated, nice and clean. The evening happy hour and breakfast with omelette bar were a very nice addition.

The hotel itself was nice but can use a deep cleaning. The furniture was very old and outdated. I have been coming to this hotel for years and I see it’s getting worse but the prices stay the same..

We really enjoyed our staff at Memphis Embassy Suites. The breakfast was amazing.., the best scrambled eggs I have ever had and I'm not a big egg person. The citrus peach juice was incredible. Our room was clean and I'm OCD and did not have a single issue. The rooms are amazing and hotel is beautiful!!

Elevator near my room didn’t work after 8pm which made me have to walk quite a ways to my room and I have a bad knee. It wasn’t handicap friendly.

Upgrades are better. Balloons are not allowed past lobby. When I asked for documentation to support was not provided with. My check in rep was nice and professional but her co worker kept interrupting when we interacting which is unprofessional.

Good stay, Friendly staff. Real fast is good but is served in disposable plates and folks, spoons, knife and glasses. This does not contribute to take care of the environment.
Out of the 3 treadmills no one was working, you need to do some maintenance over there. There were no tea bags in the breakfast.

Roaches in room. Requested housekeeping to empty trashbins and provide new towels. They did not clean the room. Spoke to supervisor who apologized and said that someone would be by shortly to clean. This did not occur. Was promised points to my account for these troubles. This did not occur.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and gave elegance. More than 1 entrance/exit with parking all around. My family enjoyed this stay very much!

The only problem I had was with the pool area, there were younger children they're unsupervised, I had to go to the front desk because the other children were playing football in the pool with a real 🏈. Signs are posted no diving no jumping. Where is the sign for no ball playing? unless it's an appropriate ball for pools.
