Was a very nice stay.

We had a hard time getting in to door with key card.The room needed vacuuming after 3 days of staying. But the front desk and breakfast lady’s were awesome

The location is very nice, and right across from a lovely building that makes it Feel safe and comfortable. The breakfast was mostly very greasy sausages and hashbrowns. The breakfast lady always greeted us when we walked in which was nice, though she let us know that they were out of eggs every day, so unfortunately, we probably won’t choose Staying here again, due to not really having a decent breakfast, though there were waffles, yogurt, and toast if that’s your thing. Check out the Burs Restaurant, it was a great place for breakfast instead. The room itself was a little smelly, and there was an old towel still hanging on the bathroom door from the last person, but overall the room was decent, the AC worked great, the shower water was nice and hot, and the microwave and fridge were nice to have.

Basically a three star hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was so so; no healthy choices. Expensive for what it was.

Stayed 4 nights, Bath tub was not draining properly, complained about it to front desk. Fix for one day and back to not draining properly, complained again but was not fixed and had to take shower with 6 inches of water in the bath tub for 2 days. Room was not cleaned the day before check out. Overall the service was not up to par.

Check in staff were good. Surprised to see the "pool' was for wading, not swimming! We had used linens in the bathroom when we checked in, talked to front desk, requested pick up and they never came by. Wasn't sure if bathroom had been cleaned or not!

The check in process was a nightmare. We arrived after four pm and still they did not have a room ready. After another hour a room was finally ready.

I was not allowed to check in as hotels.com cancelled my reservation. There were no other rooms in the area and we slept in our car

Check in went haywire. First assigned room was occupied. Second assigned room was not made up yet. Third room the lady went and made sure was fine before we went over. The room smelled a bit musty but was large and had an updated sink area with lots of room. Beds were good. Breakfast was good.

I would stay here again!

The photos of this property must have been taken years ago because it doesn’t look that way now. Rooms were ok, over priced for the condition and cleanliness. Morning breakfast was extremely limited and processed foods.

The room key cards were a major issue. They kept malfunctioning throughout our stay, and it was a hassle to walk or drive back to the lobby area to reactivate them. The people who manned the front desk seemed inexperienced and not properly trained. For example, the new guy did not know where the public restroom was and would not let me use the staff restroom when I really had to go. There is no sense of urgency or customer oriented service. The food was mediocre. There was a time when the juice machine was not working, and they did not cook enough eggs for breakfast. Our room was not cleaned for the first 2 days of our stay and the front desk did not seem to know why. I think there was a lack of communication and coordination. The cleaning crew did a good job when they finally cleaned our room.

I am very upset with my stay. I prepaid for a hotel room, and then they charged me $150.00 for incidentals. There were no incidentals in the room, and I never received my money back for the charge for the incidentals. This is really bad business. I will not be back.

New staff was being trained which was fine. We entered our room and there was hair in the sink and we found a baby soother on the floor. Not happy at all.

The breakfast was only so so in the past they had women who would make some of the breakfast and it was amazing. Part of the reason I kept coming back. Well they are gone and the breakfast are nothing special. Housekeeping only comes every three days apparently and I had to ask on day 4 of 7. For the price it was disappointing

Great Customer Service, very helpful

It was fine, but they didn’t have staff one morning so breakfast was canceled. The area a few blocks away is a little rundown, but we felt safe in our hotel.
