TV is not working good channels and More things is no good etc ....

They overcharged me for my two nights stay. Kept calling them about it and kept trying to tell me they didn’t charge me when my bank shows me that they wayyyy overcharged me. The hotel room was left nice and cleaned by me and my gf. Eventually they just lied and said I’d get the money they owed me in 15 minutes and that they’d call. They never did. They hung up on me one time. Honestly I don’t care I just want my money back. They didn’t even give me my military discount.

The breakfast had no juice, no cereal. no bacon eggs, room for 5 at the one table. there was water, coffee, a granola bar and a packaged danish. The chair in the room had a lean on it. There was only one chair so one of us had to spend the evening sitting up on the bed. Would not recommend do anyone!

Ran out of toilet paper went to the office to get more and was given a quarter roll!! Rude. Vending machine practically empty, couldn’t get more towels. Sirens every night, slamming of doors and people fighting in close by room.

It was the worst hotel to stay in. Toilet kept on getting blocked. Said breakfast included but there was only muffin and coffee. Not a good experience at all

Check in was difficult, had to pay extra to check in an hour early and when I got to the room it had not been cleaned and had to wait but was not refunded for the early check in, room had a foul smell, bathtub and sink did not drain and blow dryer was missing internal components

Don't just Don't stay here everything about this place was disappointing from the bathtub that wouldn't drain to the included "breakfast " that was brown water ghey called coffee small prepackaged pastries and water will not go back

This property should not have the Wyndham name attached to it. You are booking a Motel 6 with a new sign. I booked online in a rush and didn't do my homework. When I pulled up I couldn't believe the property that did not match the price charged. The lobby has stained chairs and entry rug. Our deluxe suite did look remodeled however there were many empty basic rooms that could have been rented. I did enjoy the spa tub and the balcony but would not recommend this property overall.

Property is always clean. Staff is very helpful and professional.

There were boogers on the wall, the chemicals were so strong my lungs hurt for the rest of the day, wifi had a security issue, pictures on line are not what we saw in person, walls had holes, the window wasnt sealed, and the floor was sticky. This is a motel that your parole officer gives you a voucher for. I checked out 10 minutes after checking in amd the only reason it took that long is because I was trying to find another hotel before i left. When I asked tk checkout i was told the manger went to another property and i would have to call him the next day. . I did get a call that afternoon saying if i wanted a refund I would have to call Expedia. When i called Expedia they said they my refund was denied by the motel. DO NOT waste your time here. Never in my life have I had to check out of a place like that. I was willing to spend an extra $450 just to get out of there. YUCK YUCK YUCK.

Nothing unique decent room with cable

Previous person who stayed in room must have unplugged tv box and cleaning crew never checked tv, left me confused on my tv for hours

Communication barrier

The room we stayed in had multiple attempts to improve the room, though they missed the mark. The toilet seat was the wrong kind (oval instead of round) which the door hit each and every time it was open and closed. The toilet tank top didn't fit the toilet, it was over sized and cover the flush handle. The grout work in the bathroom was sloop and made the bathroom look dirty, along with the floor was dirty. The grab bar in the bathtub/shower was broken and came out of one end of the moulded tub. The floor in the main room was LVP and it wasn't clean either. The soles of white socks my husband wore were dirty from walking on the floor. The ac/heater was dirty and needed to have a good cleaning in the vent. The room didn't seem welcoming. The mattress cover was plastic and was very noisy every time you moved on the bed, I did check in "early" at 2:00 instead of 3:00 and was charged an additional $20. and the room was ready. I didn't try the "breakfast" The lobby wasn't very welcoming either. Nothing really felt welcoming. There was only one crabby "desk" type chair to sit in. It felt like it was always going to tip over or fall to the ground.

They didn't seem to have any extra bedding or towels at night other than that great place

Poor customer service.

I have stayed in many hotels. Nothing has been as bad as this one. The only thing that could have made it worse would have been bed bugs. It took over 30 minutes to check in. Person behind me had been trying for over an hour and left her spot in line. The loby was full of damage showcasing how run down the place is. Getting into my room was challenging. The card key only worked after 20 or so attempts. Opening the door I was met with potent cleaning chemical smell. Flooring was cracked damaged from I assume water damage. I had to walk around in shoes as to not hurt or injur my feet. Bathroom had dirt in the corner, walls had dents and mucus smeared on it. Bathtub was missing a plug, so a hot bath was out of the question. I was exhausted from driving for 13 hours so I wasnt about to cancel my reservation and attempt to get money back. Calling the dront desk would have been futile. The whole time I was checking in they ignored calles. The one they did answer they said they would look at it in the morning but they cant do anything about it. I notified the staff of my frustrations rhe next day and they did nothing. This is not what I have come to expect from a Wyndham property. I will not be ever coming back and I will have second thoughts on using Wyndham/days inn ever again.

Newly renovated

Staff was extremely rude and uncaring. Property is a mess! Room was dirty and housekeeping every 3rd day. Other days you beg for supplies. Pass this one up. Low budget mess!!!!

Honi and Ekta were absolutely wonderful.

Beddings were not that clean and I wish the bathtub drained good

The reservation was mixed up with another person’s name, and most importantly, access was given to a room that was occupied. Next, the room given had spiders crawling on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom, no toilet paper, dirty carpet, and a strong smelt of cigarettes. Finally, the customer service is not extended with courtesy.

Our room was terrible and the customer service was awful as well. We had only one bath towel and 2 wash rags for 4 people, we were told they were out and would get some the next day, the next day same excuse, they ran out of towels. Air conditioner didn’t work properly. When i brought it up, i was told the owners would be back tomorrow. But the owner or manager was always unavailable.

It was pleasant

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before. I knew what I was getting into. Generally it is clean. The property is not kept up as good as it should be, but for the most part clean. This particular stay, I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff was a little rude, but I chalked that up to a little language barrier. On the way to the room, it smelled a lot like pee outside the room. The door appeared to have pry marks. Once in the room there was not the safety lock on the door, the smoke detector was chirping from a dead battery and there was no remote in the room. I went back to the front desk, he said he would be there in 10 mins to fix the smoke detector. Over an hour later, I went back to the front desk. He finally came to the room with a remote and the wrong size batteries. The remote ended up not working and he merely removed the batteries from the smoke detector and put it back in. The chirping stopped while he was in the room. He said he was going to come back with a new working remote, but never did. The chirping started back up again at about 5 am. The next evening when returning to the room, my key did not work. I went back to the front desk to report all the things over again and get a new key. The key was fixed, he said she was going to come fix the smoke detector (never did) and didn’t know where the new remote was. I also asked for more towels, which he did not have. Bad experience and no offer of compensation.

Very Rude and unprofessional staff . Very confrontational. Rooms smells or cigarettes and mold. checked out after 1 night . They have no idea what they are doing . Would not stay here or recommend anyone else who is sane to stay here .

Prior to the trip I had contacted the hotel requesting to add a name to the reservation, multiple times the staff member hung up on me or would not let me finish reading the confirmation number before cutting me off and saying he did not see my reservation. During the stay when going down to the office the workers at the desk would ignore the phones and guests while having personal conversations and would not assist guests until their conversation ended

Honestly I was very upset my first night in. The room felt dirty, the lamps had plastic still on them, cracked tile in the bathroom, caulking around the toilet and tub were in very poor condition, there was no breakfast provided, the option was prepackaged Danishes that I could buy from the store, and to top it off someone let my dog out of the room while I was gone, he went missing and I had to stay longer to search for him in the surrounding areas.

I was very disappointed. We had a two night stay and checked out early. There were unexpected taxes and fees in addition to the advertised price (nearly $200) I have over $500 dollars pending on my credit card for a 2 night stay!! The condition of the property was rundown, and we felt unsafe. A man was loitering out side our room, really creepy.

To go Breakfast was awful The rest was ok. A nice place to stay in a budget, but I wouldn’t stay with kids.
