This hotel suited my needs while I was in Tacoma/Lakewood. The staff was very friendly and always accommodating. The only downside to my stay was my next door neighbor smoked pot the entirety of my stay. I didn’t think that was legal in WA— smoking pot in a public area or hotel. Other than that hiccup, my stay was good.

The hotel is awesome, great rooms, friendly staff, the location/surroundings are the only thing that made me wonder if i picked a good hotel. The hotel across the street looked very deteriorated and there werent a lot of restaurants or other points of interest in the area.

We got to the property at 6:15pm where we were informed our room wasn’t going to be ready for at least 15 minutes, which was surprising since it was 3 hours after check in. So I took my girls and found dinner. Came back to a room that had dirty sheets on the bed, floors a mess and hair all over the shower. In 5 days we stayed there staff didn’t speak. When I went to check out as soon as I walked to the counter staff went in the office. I rang the bell and waited about 5 minutes and nobody came out so I left. Breakfast was microwave sausage, over salted eggs and stale cereal. Nobody was working In the food area so if we ran out of anything it was just out. We won’t make the mistake of staying there again. Looks like a beautiful hotel on the surface. Very deceiving.

Likes: Friendly Staff, Clean Hotel. Dislikes: Room windows don't open, Maintenace staff ignores "do not disturb" door hanger and enters room while you're asleep.

I do not give this review lightly. The hotel was very nice. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Bed and linen were great including pillows. Breakfast and staff were great. I would stay again.

Neighborhood is a little industrial, but the hotel was quiet and safe. Staff was fantastic. Will stay again.

Everything about this hotel was great except for one thing. the hot water ran out way too early and the second person only had cold water. i reported it to the front desk on our departure

I had an excellent stay. Staff were very friendly, from the front desk staff to the kitchen and cleaning staff. Room was very clean, bed was great, loved the walk in shower and showerhead. Absolutely no complaints.

Good place if you want to get out and about. The location makes it easy to get to the highway as well as local places, but it is just far enough from the high traffic areas that the traffic isn’t bad.

They know me well there didnt take long an now they have my keys ready for me when i come in . Only thing i didnt like or was told about or read online was bein charged deposit every time i pay with card

Hotel is very BASIC. breakfast is non exisitant, no hot water MOLD growing in coffee dispenser. Streetwalkers out front and people slumped over on street. UNSAFE Bright lights blast into windows at night. No trash cans on floor, zero recycling. FRONT DESK GAVE TOKENS FOR CAR WASH FOR CHANGE TO CHILDREN> WRONG CHANGE GIVEN TO CHILD TWICE>

Great property, wonderful staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the breakfast wasn't very good and after the first morning we found breakfast elsewhere which brought the value of our stay down.
