I have stayed here before and was good overall. The restaurant was closed but just for the day. I had been looking forward to eating there, the restaurant is excellent. I was able to order outside food delivered to the hotel so only disappointment resulted.

Never checked in hotel wouldn’t accept chime debit or credit card or cash for a $50 incidental since I booked same day paid for room not buying protection I flushed $143 down the toilet rude desk clerk my night completely ruined.

Overall a very nice hotel. Great staff first and foremost!!! The beds were a little bit on the hard side, and the shower head was great for for someone small. Also wished that the outdoor smoking area had either a bench or chairs to sit on. Other than that a great stay overall.

It was really convenient and nice to be so close to multiple shopping areas and green spaces such as Morton Arboretum! However, the hotel stay could use some work. On Hotels com I had booked a king sized bed since it was just myself and husband. Upon check-in we were given a double queen room that smelled strongly of smoke. The staff was quick to swap us rooms, but be aware that you might not be booking what you think, and the staff will blame it on the third party. Next- the breakfast. Don't, just don't buy the very tempting $5 voucher- IT IS A SCAM! In the voucher is claims it's valid for 1 entree and 1 drink so you think "awesome! The restaurant is for breakfast and it's going to be great!" No, it's not. That voucher is for a very sad and basic breakfast "buffet" that includes stale pancakes and salty eggs. There are much better places to go and eat at in the area. The pool- pictures are very deceiving. We had to unfortunately deal with screaming kids and adults, which wasn't a huge deal, but the guy vaping poolside was and the other group of adults taking over all the chairs and tables, blasting their music in an echo chamber and being loud and intoxicated was a huge issue. Overall, staff was great but would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a relaxing weekend.

The rooms are very outdated, old, and smell like cigarette smoke. The finishes, including the carpet, are extremely old and worn. The bedding is awful and the mattress hard. Receptionist was friendly and the lobby area looks nice - the rooms not so much.

Carly checked me in on Saturday night. Absolutely wonderful in both attitude and effect. More importantly- she was kind - not fake but genuine.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff at the front desk was extremely friendly, and helpful

Coo place ,the pool was everything the kids enjoyed the suite and we big and beautiful
