I love that every room has ocean view and balcony. Staff was very nice, room was clean and spacious, had a broom and dustpan to control the sand that might follow you back to the room, had full kitchen, property was well kept, extremely easy beach access. We would definitely stay again and it was our first time to the area.

Older hotel but loads of charm Being a older motel means you can not hear neighbors side by side nor above ... Decor was tastefully done and gave a newer look !!! Price point was spot on for a one nighter Right on beach which was fantastic Had loads of bar and restaurants close by to choose from

Beautiful area . My stay a couple years ago is what made us book this hotel again unfortunately this time was not as great. Not once during our stay this time did they clean or change our bedding during our week long stay. The bathroom had a musty smell that never went away.

Loved the Beach and the view from the balcony. Very relaxing atmosphere without the crowded beaches. Perfect for a couples or family vacation.

Old school, good bang for the buck. Location and staff are top-notch. The ocean/balcony view was awesome. Most of the room was nice.

We absolutely loved it , except for the part that the bed was completely soaked while we were at the beach due to the condensation everything in the room was absolutely soaked !! Have to keep room at feeezing temp !! A little outdated but great location and clean

The private beach access was great. Room was decent. The only bad thing is the surrounding restaurants were terrible. It was hard to find a decent dining experience, and the food was terrible.

Love this old school motel. All rooms have a gulf view. They are modernized with cute decor. Beachy vibes. No elevator. Salt water pool. Comfy beds. Will stay here again.

whoever was saying this place was awful clearly stayed somewhere else. we had a great time and everyone was so nice and helpful! the view was absolutely amazing and it’s right near pier park which was really cool. we would totally come back!!

This was a great spot for beach time, the location was good for me, an older woman, because it was east of the craziness that PCB can be. The room was clean, and very nice, comfortable beds, however the A/C unit is very old and not at all functioning well to the point that the inn also had a dehumidifier in the room. I have one just like it in my camper, and they work, but there was so much moisture in the air in that room that I had to empty the tank twice in a one night stay and still it shut down due to being full in the middle of the night, forcing me to get up and empty it. It and the barely functioning A/C were also very loud. I am really hoping they can put some money into these A/C units because it is otherwise a great property. Because of the price and location and the balcony and beach, I'd stay again, but I don't think I could do more than a night or two. And this was in May. Definitely not going in July or August.

We only had one night at this hotel en route from New Orleans to Orlando but wish we had stayed longer. Our ground floor room over looked the beach which is one of the best sand beaches we have ever walked on.

Nice beach view and private.

Property was very close to a busy 3 way intersection and directly in the middle of biker bar central. In fairness, there was a major motorcycle event happening the same weekend. We ride but this type is scene wasn’t ideal for us. Heavy drinking, motorcycles up and down the streets all day and night including in the hotel lot area of the facility was just too much, too noisy. Difficult to sleep and difficult to get around to other places in the area. The facility room I purchased on Expedia showed a pic of the room with kitchenette. The room we were given had no kitchenette, no availability so left with icing down cold stuff, only to find none of the ice makers worked. The furniture was dusty; looked as though bathroom and eating area were given a quick wipe down. The facility is old and in need of a major face lift; not at all like the property pictures shown. The only bright spot was the outside beach facing ground area, which was nice. The attendant didn’t seem phased or willing to offer any solutions. We ended up checking out next morning and went elsewhere.

When we originally checked in we unloaded our things abd left got back and roaches everywhere . german roaches everywhere

Great location and easy access to the beach. It was windy during my stay with 2 red flags everyday. Otherwise it is a place to come to again.
