They had no hot water or blankets on the bed the room heater was broke. And room stunk of weed smell.

on the app it said pet friendly when I got there they said no pets allowed

Was horrible and everything nasty also was a persone in the room I was going to sleep in by the end I have to leaves.

Hotel was really bad. I don’t normally post reviews but if I can save someone the trouble it’s worth it. Went to check in lady doesn’t speak English not really a problem but very limited communication. Gave me a key to a room 251. Left went to room key did not work walked back to front desk had another key made. Went to room and wow. Roaches crawling across the bed. One pillow and no blanket. Damage to every part of the room spiders. I will post pictures if possible. Manager agreed to refund me but through Expedia they have to call the hotel to verify canceling. Told me they would cancel but when Expedia called told them no. 3 times. This place is really bad. Save yourself the trouble going to fight with credit card company. Quality inn cost more but is worth the extra.

The room is filthy and roach infested. Very poor quality

Wifi was terrible in the evening. If you need Wifi i would recommend you stay somewhere else.

We needed a room because we were partying all weekend long and live an hour away. We checked into the hotel and within 2 hours got a phone call saying that the management had let somebody else into our room and if we would be okay with switching rooms, we were not ok with that. They let ppl into our room while we were not there and our bags were. The room itself smelled like corn and feet, the sheets had stains on them and the toilet had a black hair. I would not take my shoes off while I was there and at 3:00 a.m. we were awoken by a screaming man pounding on the next door having an arguments that sounded drug fueled. I was scared. The only reason we rented that room was because it was so close to Secrets hideaway resort which is amazing and we needed a place to crash, it was a bad decision I will never rent there again.

my experience here was awful. I asked the owner or whatever he wants for an extra town due to swimming and he gave me attitude and advised me that there was two towels in our room keep in mind that those two towels would be for our shower after the pool. meanwhile our three-year-old needs a towel to swim and bathe. although it was cheap the hotel was very dirty the water smelled gross service was unprofessional. I will never stay here again. this hotel/motel needs to be shut down. The only perk is the pool was nice. 1/10

First room was smelly , second room was ok but definitely needs updated and both rooms didn’t have any blankets on the bed. The tv was just sitting on the dresser without a stand. Could have fallen over very easily. Don’t think I’ll ever stay there again.

NEVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!

We got to the hotel just to find out nobody would be there to check is in it was horrible. There's a note on the door to call the phone I called the phone over 30 times with no answer. I had my two year old baby with me and my wife and ended up sleeping in the car because all the other hotels were booked

Went to check in, had to call a cel.pHone.. IT was not available for calls. Waited in an empty lobby about 20 minites to check in. Guy finally answered and sent someone to check me in. Guy was drunk and confused. ZERO ON SITE MANAGEMENT AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! Got to the room. It Was semi recently renovated BUT REEKED OF CIGATETTE SMOKE!!!! I left after one night.!!! Was REFUSED A REFUND and had paid for two nights in cash....my mistake! No hot water --luke warm at best Flithy floors! Dirty sheets with no other cover/blanket. DRUG DEALERS PERMANENTLY LIVING IN THE BACK SIDE OF THE HOTEL!

Not the cleanest but affordable, nice restaurant and hair salon, it was a nice little getaway for my beau and me

This is the worst place ever

No one was in office, No blankets on bed, no towels,and someone tried to break into our room while we were gone.

There was nobody there to check us in. After calling several times with no answer, we had to go and get another hotel somewhere else. Now we're struggling to get a refund. Worst place

One of the worst experiences for me and my staff of 10. Our team actually checked in left premises after reviewing our rooms.Addicts in the hallways and moldy rooms. To name a few issues the floors were coming up, the beds only had a top quilt and the mattress incredibly stained. After discussing with manager and property owner no solution was provided to us. I Do Not Recommend this location at all. Stay away!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs, hotel is filthy and next to a swingers club. So you have all types of activities going on in the parking lot. I didnt actually stay but upon arrival for my check in, i saw the type of atmosphere the hotel was in and i did not feel comfortable. I immediately asked if its possible to cancel and get a refund, i was advised by the individual at the front desk to call the booking site(expedia) that i used and request the cancellation and refund and it should be no problem. Well i did just that, and since Saturday 3-27-2021 ive been trying to cancel and get my refund and the hotel “management” is giving a run around that i checked in and stayed when i never did. They have also blocked my number and i am no longer able to reach them and discuss the cnacellation and/or refund. Very shady establishment, never heard of an establishment blocking the phone number of a previous or potential guest.

The property was run down. It was next door to a night club and they were parking in the parking lot for the night club. Only had sheets on the bed, no blankets.

Service is horrid. I had a service dog and the front desk associate harassed me way before he dog was a service dog. He walked right up to me with no mask and yelled "you" pointing at me and berating me. Uncomfortable in a lot of ways. Than speaking to the manager was a nightmare. He wouldn't even let me speak and kept interrupting me

Stay here if you don’t mind: Communicating in Spanish only, people trying to come into your room at night claiming to be “housekeeping”, shards of metal sticking out of the ground in the parking lot, and a dead cockroach in your room upon arrival. Enjoy.

Very old and in need of rehab. New furniture and paint but that's just superficial and cosmetic. No radio, no coffee pot, no microwave, no refrigerator, no place to hang clothes, no iron, no ironing board, towels look old and grey, only a couple of mini soaps and a mini shampoo provided, no coffee in lobby, no breakfast, no do not disturb sign, no safe, no laundry room cheap rate and lots of shady characters staying there. Next door to me was a group about 5 very young people having a party, same thing on the floor above. A maid came to my room early Saturday morning about 8am, no uniform nor ID, didn't speak English and asked if I wanted anything, I asked her who she was and what was she doing. She replied she worked there, and gave me a disinterested shrug. I said go away I want nothing. I didn't see her again. I went out to eat and loaded up my car I was concerned and left nothing in the room...

Pool closed at 4 which no one told us when we checked in at 3. This hotel is filthy and run down i wouldn't give it 1 star . We will never stay here again.

The room was decent. It was clean. We had no microwave or garbage but once i informed the front desk, I immediately got both. Only issues i had was calling the front desk. No one ever answered the phone. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Bugs in the room no one at the counter no sheets or blankets on the bed appeared clean overall besides the bugs on the bed and ceiling and for some reason the tv was on in the room when we got there. The facility is an older hotel so it has its problems but can’t possibly stay there with children’s

There was no phone, no blankets, only a sheet, no garbage can. The sink faucet was just there, not bolted down, the toilet seat was also not attached. The black mold in the bathroom was so bad we didn't use the shower. I used soda to brush my teeth as I was afraid of the water at this point. We paid 61.75 total, I feel that was 60 to much. Save your money, sleep in your car, it's way better I promise! Wish I would have taken photos.

Wow.. this “hotel” is a disgusting, moldy, grimy place. You could not PAY me to stay there. The once white roll down curtains are so covered with grime that I’m totally surprised that they claim they have “daily housekeeping”. There was trash piled up outside higher than I am tall (which is only 5 ft, might I add). There was MOLD in our room, holes in the floor & in the wall. Stucco falling off the side of the building too. We couldn’t have controlled the temperature of the room even if we wanted to because the knob was missing that controls the temperature. So much for their claim of “air conditioning”. Oh. & that nice luscious lawn you see next to the pool? Yea, that’s actually carpet. Not AstroTurf or even outdoor carpet. Actual home carpet. Yep. I wish I would have paid more attention when I was checking in because the lobby would have told me all I needed to know. The baseboards are a grayish black color that can only be achieved if you’ve NEVER ONCE cleaned them. & the chairs in the lobby actually have a layer of visible grim covering their fabric. Absolutely disgusting. Not surprising though since we found out from locals that that “hotel” is more like a “homeless shelter for heroine addicts” & located next to a brothel. Yes. A BROTHEL. The manager kept telling me that he would allow my refund but kept telling hotels.com that he would not refund anything. We ended up having to wait till we got back from vacation to dispute it with our bank.
