Bed isn’t that comfortable as mattress is not soft. Pillows wise, only 2 and almost flatten. Sofa bed is even worst. Good on free coffee but no tea. Toilet is excellent though, almost spotless.

Good hotel in great location. It was very busy. Unfortunately, we were unable to get an early check-in that would have been helpful on this occasion. Plus, I reserved online at one price then was charged a lot more on the day we arrived. I expected the pay the price I got at reservation. Think this was a system , not staff cause. Disappointed.

The toilet would not flush properly, the sink filled up when using and took 10 minutes to drain, leaving a nasty scum in the sink for later use!

Hotel is in fantastic location on Brayford warf near shopping & restaurants. Beautiful view of water/warf, however, note that the standard rooms face the back parking lot, which (much worse view) and this was not evident on hotels.com website when I booked. Room was large and very clean, but bed was a little bit of a firm mattress. Note as well that if you collect IHG rewards for the hotel they don’t allow you to collect them when you use hotels.com. Also, if you choose a green stay and not have housekeeping, you’re supposed to get extra IHG points with the hotel but they won’t allow you to get them for booking through hotels.com. Staff are very nice at this hotel. Please note that on weekends, it is very difficult to get a taxi from this hotel. You will need to walk about 10 minutes to a train station to get a taxi there.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, really lovely bar area. Room was basic but fine and functional. Would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed here before so knew what to expect. It did not disappoint. Excellent position on the Wharf side. Easy walk into the shopping area, good choice of eating options along the Wharf area. Staff excellent. Bonus is if you want to visit Cathedral and Castle the City Tour Bus starts literally outside the hote! l and will save you walking up a very steep hill..

The room was lovely, clean and bed comfy. I'm gluten free and they had a whole separate section for me at breakfast, staff were very knowledgeable. The only issue we had was that the iPad for ordering room service was broken, we had to go downstairs to order so they missed out and we went to Prezzo instead.

Excellent location

On arrival in our room number 220 2nd Floor there was a really bad drain smell in the bathroom. Overpowering when you entered and, if the door was ajar the smell seeped into the room. There was no point complaining as, i knew there was no benefit as there were no other rooms available in the hotel. When we drew back the curtains, i couldn't believe it, our view was a brick wall. There was a small section of the window were we could see the car park. But, our main view was a wall. We still wanted to enjoy the relaxation and made the best of it until ... Early Sunday morning we were asleep in bed when the fire alarm sounded. I cannot tell you the panic that went through us both. As we were sleeping this was very traumatic. We learnt that this was a false alarm. We tried to forget about this and carried on with our day. We were in bed, asleep on Sunday evening when, once again the fire alarm sounds. I am now a nervous wreck, I think this cant possibly be another false alarm. We scrabble to dress and file our the hotel once again. Guests were being told it was for our own safety. I asked "Can you tell me why it is for our safety to have the fire alarm go off in the night, night after night? The girl shrugged and said its for your own safety and walked away from me. In reception however, one member of staff was being honest with guests and explained that there was a fault with the sensors and the steam from the showers were triggering the alarms. I left in tears.

Fantastic stay, lovely accommodation and the staff were excellent. Location ideal and walking distance to the centre. Would highly recommend!

Great location and very peaceful, lovely walks down the river to the right as you exit the property, and easy access to the city to the left with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurant nearby to suit all taste

Very central position. Hotel room fine breakfast as you would expect from a large hotel fair chose and good. One thing that made it a bit different was how very friendly all the staff were. Car park to small people struggled to find space.

Just short trip as hadn’t been to Lincoln in 30yrs+ and also took in football match

This hotel is situated by the marina with all the facilities you need including EV charging and you can walk into town it’s ideal , lovely breakfast dining room too

It is my first time to stay in a home-based accommodation when travel. But, I have a good experience with my first trial with the apartment. The location is convenient to city center with mass transit and supermarkets. Also, I did had a non-standard requirement for the house owner Clifford. He has been helpful to solve my problem. As a conclusion, I will stay in the same place again when I travel to London next time and recommend it to my other friends.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel and surrounding areas were very clean. There was a lot of choice for breakfast that was constantly topped up. The breakfast was freshly cooked and really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers as it is on the waterfront with lots of eateries nearby and an easy walk to the Cathedral

The hotel staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. We had a king size room which was pleasant enough for what we paid but the bathroom was pretty grim. The soap and shampoo dispenser in the bath was broken and the soap was completely empty. There was mould all around the shower screen and the sanitary bag dispenser next to the toilet was also empty. Worst of all was the absolutely disgusting smell of sewage in our bathroom - so bad it made us wretch every time we went in but even with the door closed you could smell it. I told the receptionist and she said it was an old building and offered us a free drink (which we didn’t take) but the next morning a different receptionist said she’d never had that reported before!! They sorted the soap and sanitary dispenser for us but we wouldn’t go back - felt like we were staying in Greece with open sewage area!!!!

Our stay was very good, in an excellent location. The check in and out very speedy and friendly. The room was good but needs a bit of tlc and the bed was on the hard side, think the mattress needed replacing. The ac in our room was a bit noisy so had to turn it off at night. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice good quality food. Our biggest grumble was the £10 per night parking charge.

Excellent position for visiting the city of Lincoln. Also has a carpark which was only £10 for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly, room spacious and very clean. Good choice at breakfast. Would recommend.

Location ,Food and Staff excellent. Maybe the Car Park Fee could be ,£5 per night from £10.......only gripe about a very good stay.

The room was spacious and lovely. The only place I’ve stayed that actually had AC. The shampoo smelt amazing. And they held my bags almost the entirety next day until my train departed. Amazing place!
