The staff is excellent they are so friendly and helpful.The free breakfast is spectacular .This hotel has the best location for dinning and shopping and is very safe day and night.The staff keeps the premises very clean.

Perfect location

The refrigerator didn’t work and they didn’t seem to be concerned. The room was nice. A/c blower fan was really loud.

I stayed in the Poblado Plaza situated in Avenida de los Poblados as I was meeting friends in Medellín and it was an excellent choice of hotel. The location is perfect for Central Poblado - the two large shopping malls - Centro Commercial Oviedo (2 mins walk) and Centro Commercial SantaFe (5 mins walk). From the friendly and welcoming check-in, to the very comfortable, modern room and view over El Poblado all was first class. The bed was very comfortable and room very quiet and I managed 3 night's comfy sleep. The booking included a buffet breakfast with a huge choice of meals available. Room service was also available which we used one evening as well as the excellent ground floor restaurant and bar. Again, the food and service were first class. I will definitely stay here for my next visit - and before I finish, a very special thanks to the friendly and helpful Maria Mercedes on reception and Guillermo the Concierge as well as the staff in the restaurant who were all absolutely fabulous. The extra customer service was excellent and counts a lot towards a most enjoyable stay. Muchas Gracias!

A very nice room and comfortable bed! The staff did a superb job in cleaning my room daily! All the staff were friendly and professional. I am sure I will stay again in future Medellin visits.

The rooms are neat & clean & very comfortable bedding. Service is good. Staff speaks English as well. Breakfast spread is decent & staff is quite helpful. Restaurant is very calm & serene, perfect for a family dinner or an official meeting. Food is delicious.

Excellent clean updated great staff

Old towels, sheets were rough, shower temperature most of the time not hot, room coffee hard to get. Excellent dining area and lobby. Staff were mostly nice.

The hotel lacks a business center amenity . There is no work station nor business center with a printer. The mini bar has no Coca-Cola products

The restaurant staff, the door men, the cleaning staff were all very helpful and provided excellent care! Especially the breakfast staff. The manager, I don’t know his name was always very attentive and took great care of me. They made my stay very comfortable and memorable!

My hotel stay was amazing. The hotel is new, very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The housekeeping service was also very good; the room smelled really nice every day. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property, although our room overlooked the Macdonald’s and was often noisy from the drive thru snd delivery trucks. A couple of strange things… a delivery of two packages clearly addressed to me and my travelling companion were refused by reception causing a lot of trouble to locate and have them delivered again. Never had that happen before in 40 years of travel. A young waiter in the restaurant was so anxious to provide service that when we asked a question about something on the menu he immediately assumed we wanted it and practically ran away to put in the order with us calling him back. This happened several times and became funny after a while. Jonathon on the front desk was extremely helpful in arranging transportation, tours and just providing helpful information. Thank you Jonathon!

Super location, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Some of the furniture might seem a little dated but bathroom, bed and linens were great. Overall a great stay and a great value. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
