The friendliness of the staff

Its good bathroom was molded the Tub and INTERNET is bad

Staff was great, especially at check in.

The room was clean however the bathroom was a bit dirty rust stains on the soap dish in the shower and mold on the shower curtains and flour mat had stains on it that didnt wash out good

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It was Memorial Day weekend and I wanted to use the pool - pool was out of service. I just has foot surgery and needed ice and water. The ice machjine on the first floor was out of service. You had to go up to the 3rd floor to get ice. There were roaches in the room (see picture). I want a FULL REFUND.

The service was wonderful, but unfortunately the hotel was poorly cleaned. We switched rooms because despite being a non-smoking facility, the room smelled like cigarettes. Our second room was better, but had a damp smell that needed airing out and then the bathroom was not cleaned well. If we wouldn’t have arrived so late, we would have found another hotel.

The room was spacious.

The staff are amazing but the pool has been closed for months without notice to customers and the hotel room phone didn’t work.

It’s unbelievable how bad the bed made noise, just to flip to the other side it squeaked loud. The coach inside the room was ripped. Location is perfect in front of a lot of food options.

Floor and furniture were gross. Window had mold.

The front desk staff was great! The room was okay - the floors felt grimy like they weren't mopped well and the room has a real musty smell.

Ease of checking in and out Clean and conveniently located

No issues with our stay in terms of service or comfort of the employees/hotel. I would/will come back in the future. The pool was open and they use salt instead of all the normal chemicals which was kinda refreshing. I would note though, I am not a picky person so most things do not bother me.

It’s in a weird location behind other buildings . GPS has us going in circles.

The carpet in my bedroom was stained in several places. Everything else was great.

Great stay!

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a variety of tasty items. Extra towels were not available. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay😊.. From the sleeping, the cleanliness to the breakfast… It was very enjoyable.. We will come back.. The front desk personnel to the cleaning personnel were more than friendly 😊

The hotel was very nice and clean

We arrived and checked in. We were assigned Room 236 and when we walked into the room, it strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. I went back to the front desk and made of receptionist aware. She (young, blond hair lady) apologized profusely. She informed me that she will assign a different room and checked the newly assigned room for us to make sure there was no cigarette odor. She came back to the lobby and gave us our new keys for Room 239. We went to the room which not only did not smell of cigarettes but it was a larger, corner room. We were very pleased. A big thank you to the receptionist. We appreciated the impeccable service.

Property was very clean. However the parking lot needed more salt as there was a lot of ice. Also the pool was closed down for my entire visit

I booked a night at this hotel for the sole purpose to use the pool. It was my daughter’s 11th birthday and she brought her two best friends. We tried using the pool but were unable to. We were told they were having a party. There was 20 kids in there, with one adult, who was NOT supervising. I get it, pools can get crowded. BUT they were OUT OF CONTROL! One of my daughters friends got hit with a football. The other had a kid thrown on top of her, which took her under. My three were huddled over in the deep end, by the ladder, unable to move around the pool. We left because it was unsafe. I went to speak to the front desk. Told her we didn’t want to stay and I wanted a refund. She apologized and said it’s not right and she’d contact the manager. She called me and said they could offer me some snacks! Hotels.com then contacted them on my behalf and they still refused to refund me!

Staff was friendly, but hotel was gross. The hallway and my room smelled horribly of smoke. There was a long black hair in the shower (I am blonde) abd the tv didn't wirk properly. Wheb i called the desk to ask for assistance the phone rang multiple times, but no one answered. I tried callung until almost 11pm and no one answered. The lady in the kitchen was very helpful, but i checked out before breakfast was served. I will be returning to Waldorf for work later this week, but i will absolutely bot stay here.

Ariel from the front desk was great. Her energy was beautiful. She helped anyway she could. The beds were not very comfortable, and I asked to have my sheets changed nut that never happened. Our toilet had a hard time flushing only to fond a molded towel in the back of the tank. I have a severe fungi allergy. Im also an asthmatic. This set me off medically. It was very quiet, conveniently located, but not worth the amount of money i spent.

Everything was excellent , even the breakfast! Loved the 12noon checkout time. Only problem was kids over top of your head running around. They should have put the children on first floor.

Rug in room was dirty. Furniture drty and old.
