I like the yogurt at breakfast.

I didn't like the elevator was out of service had to take stairs, need more items for breakfast, Carpet in hallways was dirty and filthy, it was stains on sheets, mold around the boarder of shower. This hotel needs a major upgrade.

Everything My room wasn't clean,stains on the sheets, Bathroom tub was dirty with dirt stains and some red stuff, there was mold in the bathroom shower ,the carpets were dirty in the room and the hallway, there's a lotttttt of traffic from side door entrance, elevator wasn't working, Informed receptionist of dirty room ask if house keeping can come to clean up, Housekeeping came in my room and brought a roll of tissue ,Room wasn't cleaned this is the worst hotel I have ever visited. Most Wyndham'sI have stayed at has always been pleasant until this stay I would never recommend this hotel to no one.

the bed

Only sheets on the beds. No covers no blanket whatsoever and and a cheap ac unit that was obviously malfunctioning. NO ICE in the middle of June. THREE Ice machines ALL broken There were NO working ICE MACHINES on any floor WHATSOEVER!!! IN JUNE!!!.3 Floors no ice. For a WYNDHAM to knowingly not provide ice AND not inform the guest should be shameful. I am a heart failure patient driving my 80 year old mother over 700 miles going up and down 3 floors to find that none of the 3 machines were even on. I would expect that kind of lack of regard for your guest from a 1 star red light district rent by the hour hotel/motel. Be WARNED DO NOT GO HERE. It's a WYNDHAM in name only. I would NEVER waste my hard earned dollars going to this facility again nor should you. Notice the "response" section here is cut and pasted by hotel management. As they ask you to spend money giving them a chance to provide ICE???

The location was good n next to everything

The desk clerk didn't return my driver license and when I realize and went downstairs the desk clerk on duty told me they didn't have it and it was left they would mail it. In the morning I ask another desk clerk and she went in a draw and pulled out over 50 driver license...mines was mixed in and she gave it to me.....it's clear from the stack of driver license that this is a common practice there and they do not try to reach the visitor or mail them to the person

Clean room, comfortable beds

Hallway carpets were stained, no treadmill in gym even though it was pictured in advertisement. They gave us a room and when we entered there was already someone using it--that was horrible!

The covers on the bed were stained with cigarettes The clerk was sleeping at her desk. We had to go out and buy blankets because we don’t want to sleep with those dirty covers really was really terrible. I will never stay there again.

Have clean things on the bed like the covers not with stains and bleach. It was really disgusting. I will make sure I stay at a Marriott next time. My daughters bed the sheets were all wrinkly like they were never changed we never ever got in the bed. We were scared. It was dirty and disgusting.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The buffet breakfast was very good!

None of the ice machines worked so we had to go to the hotel next door for ice.

I requested a refund. It was no telephone service and then Hotel. The air conditioner was full of dirt and cause we have respiratory issues. Please refund my money. Booking.com has not responded to my request as of yet or refund request it on March 20 for all of these reasons and I spoke to the manager please refund my money

The unit reeked of urine and the HVAC system filters were full of dirt real nasty. Cause me to have a respiratory issue.
