They gave me a smoking room I couldn’t sleep due to my allergies the comforter had holes I have pictures

Hot water ran out Could use newer furniture

I didn’t eat there I could nearly sleep the bed had bed bugs and the beds were rock solid

I didn’t like the system employee didn’t know what she was doing also the hotels have no number on the outside of the building you have to walk and figure it out

the jacuzzi tub was nice

the hot water cut off after 1am, the room was stained and very outdated with scratchy blankets and towels.

The fridge was cold

This was Section 8 apartments booking.com did not say this was a Section 8 apartment they asked me for a deposit after I had already paid in advance of $75 to be returned after my room was inspected I will never ever book there again the room was dirty carpet was filthy one remote for two TVs best thing about the room was the refrigerator was cold it was very noisy all night long I did not sleep I was afraid something was going to happen booking.com should have never have something like this on their site

staffing was exceptionally helpful. my wife had recently been in a motorcycle accident and had a broken foot and sprained ankle, amazingly once this was explained to the receptionist she was able to find us a comparable room on the 1st floor instead of the 3rd floor that we were supposed to be in

couldnt figure out the wifi

comfortable location, the room was spacious and clean besides little tiny things here and there that i don’t really consider an issue for the price. pest free. friendly staff. it’s not a luxury hotel by any stretch but i found it comfortable and perfect for what i needed.

there was a clump of hair in the drain when i arrived but i was told ahead of time that i had a 15 minute window to bring up any issues with the room if it wasn’t to my satisfaction and honestly it was the smallest tiniest thing i don’t think it was worth complaining about. I know they would have been happy to fix things had i asked. I’ve been in plenty of “nicer” “ perfectly clean” places that had roaches on the walls so again no complaints.
