The room was behind the hotel- no outside lights anywhere! The door barely shut to the outside parking lot!!!! It was unsafe and horrible. The breakfast on Sunday morning was terrible.

They didn't clean the room and they didn't offer us clean towels per day. The breakfast was very little and there wasn't enough for all the people in the hotel. I could only drink coffee and I had to wait.

Very disappointed with the room. Our phone didn't work, we were given no wifi password, and the smell of the hotel was horrible. Not at all what was described when we booked the room.

I had an event to go to and I was accommodated with an early check-in. I’m very grateful to you all for that.

The customer service front desk person was rude. When i arrived I wasn’t greeted with a smile. I reserved before I arrived. He said that there was no room set in place and had to return at noon for further assistance. When i got the keys they did not work. I had to walk back up front from room 243 to inform the keys not working. I drove from Louisiana and was tired. Once the stay was over and time to leave. I returned to the desk and I wasn’t welcome with , “Hello how was your stay? Was there anything we can accommodate?” Rather straight face like he was annoyed when I was returning the keys. I expected better from this high end hotel. Other than that the room was clean and well kept.

Horrible customer service. I called ahead of time to see if they provided pack-n-play for children. The agent that answered was very rude and just said he didn’t know. He wasn’t willing to inquire further or help. I wanted to speak with someone regarding possible changes due to the hurricane. Everyone I spoke with said I needed to talk to someone else.. however calls and emails were never followed up with and no one would even speak with me about the concerns.

Very out dated, pictures look better than what it looked like. Elevator was sketchy and hasn’t been inspected since 2023. Sink in bathroom was leaking all over the floor. Shower doesn’t drain. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and peppered potatoes biscuits and gravy. Was better than most places we’ve had complimentary breakfast.

The smell was terrible, smell like Mike in the hall ways and rooms also a mildew smell through the whole building.

The air conditioner stopped working!

I arrived at 2:00 pm was not allowed to check in til 3:00. Another came was told same thing. Then a third person came and was allowed to check in. So the second women went to ask why she could and the sign stated no one can check in til 3:00pm. So after we both ask and told we were members of rewards he checked us in. But my experience got worse I was given a room by pool which smelled , he changed me to a different room outside on side when I had ask was there one available in the building he said no. So I go to second to find out door bracket is broken. Here I go again to desk. Then was waiting again was given room on second floor. So by this time it’s almost 4:00pm was very tired and hot. Had just flew in from another state . Was given room after I was telling my son I’m going to write company and a review of how I was treated as a rewards member. Which was never ask by person at desk. The third room was nice. This could have been avoided. Will not stay there again. Also the pool was closed but no sign as to why. Had a line running out of pool but was told it was open. Which was the reason I pick hotel with pool. No comps or apologies made. Lesson learned. Bill was paid in advance as well.

Beware that there are multiple buildings, majority of rooms are behind main hotel with exterior facing doors, toward a pool or parking lots. Wish we had known this before booking.

Everything was great!

The staff were nice. However, could not make change when you bought snacks. The breakfast was lacking and the waffle iron was not working because the didn't have the butter for it, which made the lacking of choices for breakfast worse. Very nice and updated cafe area, so the atmosphere was good, just no food to speak of. It was very clean and we felt safe. We were there because of medical appt and have booked 4 nights for the next appt.

Very bad experience, the first night someone broke the glass of my truck and it was not the only one at 4 more too, secondly they gave me a room in a different building and it was raining in the afternoons and I was with a baby that got wet to get to the room, finally it was a smell of marijuana outside the horrible buildings, I just hope the hotel becomes responsible for paying for my glass

Beds and bedding were clean. TV, fridge and microwave worked. Several things were in desperate need of maintenance--toilet leaking on floor badly, door knob almost falling off, phone missing buttons, light missing cover, lamp falling apart, elevator buttons didn't light up, open spaces in hallway with dangerous pipes and wires sticking out. Fire alarm had false alarm. Concerned about general safety of the place in terms of maintenance. Suspect multiple code violations. Cleanliness an issue--live bugs and crumbs under bed, area next to AC very dirty, bathtub drain clogged with hair from multiple people. Ice machine is a health hazard--towels stuffed under dispenser with mold and flies swarming around. Only provided decaf coffee in rooms. Coffee maker was clean. Breakfast was barely edible and multiple things were not functional or available. Staff was sufficient but barely trained and couldn't help with much. Located next door to Applebees and w/in delivery area of multiple restaurants. Area seemed moderately safe. Wouldn't wander around at night.
