The friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room were perfect. This is the hotel I would like to stay at again when I go to Vienna.

What an amazing stay. This was my families first 5-star experience and the level of quality, care, service may have ruined us to ever stay in another hotel again. They were so kind, even sending us a bottle of champagne and welcoming us with like Sacher cakes, lots of water (which they replenished everyday), a fruit plate, and a kind, hand-written note from the hotel Leiter. They even sent us a free night when my child turns 18. 6 years to go but would love to come back even before then. They even gave us premier seats, jumping the long lines of people waiting to get in. We felt like royalty thanks to Sacher, the concierge, the doormen, and the kind service ladies that made up our rooms. Wow! Thank you, ,Sacher!

The room was spacious and very clean. Very friendly staff. The concierge (Victor and Constantin) were very helpful in arranging train tickets and events for us.

We had 4 nights at the iconic Sacher hotel. Not only this hotel is amazingly beautiful but the gem there is the Staff. From concierge to maid, via barman, all is done with a smile, kind words and making you feel like an old precious friend. The breakfast is delicious and so varied. The breakfast rooms are a delight for the eyes too. The concierges can organise everything for you. From taxi to tickets. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Elegance and practicality combined with old fashion luxury. The blue bar was our perfect place to go after a busy day exploring Vienna. We arrived before checking time but the staff organised an early check in. We left our luggages in storage after check out too as our flight was a late one. All was organised easily and with great attention to details. We recommend Sacher hotel very warmly and we hope to be returning one day. Vienna is a beautiful city and staying at the Sacher Hotel makes it a truly unforgettable holiday.

The stay was great and the hotel location and decor are amazing. However, there is a clear lack in service (at breakfast)vs previous years (preCovid). Unattentive staff, bringing the wrong itmes and shutting down the buffet without a word of warning at 11am sharp on a Saturday (we knew it closes at 11 but usually the staff lets you know that the time is approaching). Especially after they let you wait for over 20 mins to even acknowledge your existence for a cooked breakfast. The concierge and reception staff were ok. Imperial has much better service, and we'll definitely go back to Imperial next time.

It has a charm of its own. Staff are very polite and attentive. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We wanted to go to the Opera and be able to walk around the center. Great location. Dinner at the hotel was great.

Historically, nice and splendid interior

A classic property with beautiful appointments. The buffet breakfast is gorgeous but super spendy at $95 per head, not a daily thing. The Sacher cafe has a good breakfast menu for a third of the price. Great location across the street from the Opera House.

Beautiful Hotel with exceptional service

As we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately greeted at our car by efficient and friendly bellmen. As they parked our vehicle and gathered our bags, we checked in to the hotel with Alexandra. She made the process easy and walked us through the common areas / restaurant/ bar before finally escorting us to our suite. Our suite was beautifully decorated and full of cushy amenities- robes, slippers, an espresso machine, fruit, and most importantly a Sacher torte! We especially enjoyed the Blue Bar. It served creative drinks and great food. We've stayed at many fine hotels but this hotel is the definition of service and elegance.

Centrally located and a tourist destination in and of itself, the guests at the Sacher Hotel enter a sanctuary of comfort and service apart from the swirl of residents and tourists outside the hotel. Always greeted warmly, no request that can't be fulfilled, wonderful suggestions which are even better than described - I never stay anywhere else when I'm in Vienna.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sacher for four nights in August. The hotel is run smoothly and has soul. The staff especially the concierges were incredibly helpful and caring. Old school service in a gorgeous and elegant boutique hotel. I spilled red wine all over my daughters white linen pants and they delivered them back to our room perfectly cleaned and pressed . We will definitely be back to visit this wonderful hotel again.

There aren't enough ways to say how wonderful this hotel is. I would never stay anywhere else again. Their professionalism, cleanliness, quality of the food, amenities, location, and history are unmatched. We are so truly grateful for our stay. Don't hesitate.
