The desk chair did not fit under the desk. It was so low I had to sit on pillows.

The location is great! The staff was pleasant, but really didn't go out of their way to say hello or greet you with a good morning or such and passing. There's a pool Jacuzzi and sauna which is open 24 seven. if you wanna do the sauna, I suggest you heat it up on the timer and then go enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi go back and heat it up again and then it will be nice and hot room was quite large actually a king size bed and its own private area a kitchenette going into a living room, very impressed with the size. Some other comments said the hotels are outdated, but it goes with the vibe of the area and the town. I found everything spotless. Rates are all consistent with other lodging. Our bill for two nights came out yo $1327. Most other places include breakfast this place has no breakfast is grab n gogo at additional cost.

Property was nice and the main area had quite a bit of snacks, drinks, etc that was super convenient. The manager was always friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and very comfortable room. Staff is friendly also. I would stay here again.

They did not offer us a first floor room, but gave us a room on th second floor. When I later asked about a first floor room, they said yes, one was available., so we moved our luggage twice.

Front desk girl was rude and unhelpful. Our bathroom sink constantly had knats flying out of it.

Beautifully updated, very clean and everyone was very nice. Excellent location for walking around Jackson. Only wish more outdoor space. There are four chairs outside off the rear parking lot. Would stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean room, reliable hot water, walkable location - everything I was looking for in Jackson. The old-school mountain lodge vibe is exactly what I was looking for in Jackson plus parking right outside the room a real plus. Easy walk into shopping and dining.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to all of town. Simple western decorated room, small bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. We would stay here again. Reasonable price compared to others in Jackson.

The Parkway Inn was located just a few blocks from the town center. We never had to drive to get to the restaurants and shopping! It was perfect.

Loved our stay here, right by downtown and we could walk to all the restaurants and shops! 😊
