When we arrived the front desk clerk couldn't be found. when she showed up she had an ear bud in her ear and didn't answer any of the questions I asked. No response, just handed me the room key. Every time we saw her she was sitting in the lobby on her phone. The outside is nice but the rooms are outdated.

Room was dirty, room appears not to have been swept. Tub had hair and needed a good cleaning Room was musty

We have stayed here 3 times total so far and have been very very pleased with our overall stay each time. I will always give it 5 stars! The only downfall, and this is because of MY OWN preference, the beds are firm. I personally like a soft plush bed and so does my husband but that’s the only thing we don’t love..but like I said, that’s just our preference.

Check in was easy. Super nice staff! Bed was so comfortable! Did not enjoy the mold in the bathroom!!!

Disappointed. TV remote not working, no hand towels, no trash can other than bathroom, no soap in the dispenser.

It was basic. Clean room but breakfast was very lack luster and soap container was empty.

Asked for clean bedding, because the ones we had had stains on them. We never received them. The staff was nice upon arrival, breakfast and departure. Juice machine not in order. Had to pay for soda, because the juice dispenser was out

Let me start by saying the staff was EXCELLENT. They were courteous, polite, kind, and did the best they could. The hotel itself was understaffed. There was no room service at all. They didn’t have replacement towels when I asked for them. The trash by the ice machine was overflowing — for multiple days. There was no trash can in my room, so I had to take the trash to the one by the ice machine, so I knew it wasn’t emptied… The gate to let you out of the parking lot wouldn’t open… I truly dislike leaving bad reviews and would much rather leave a great one… so that’s why I put that the staff was truly excellent. There wasn’t a rude or unkind person at all… I’m not going to even talk about the breakfast bar — let’s just say DoorDash will bring it to your door. Very unlikely to stay again

Bathroom door off the hinge, couldn’t close it. Elevators felt like at any moment it would not work, front desk area felt dingy, pillows / blankets felt damp not all the way dry. Other holiday inn and suites have food / drinks at the front desk for purchase — this hotel had little to no options for anything. Parking lot blocked by 18wheeler with a load of cars on it. Front desk personnel was very short in conversations, even though we’re IHG members — Overall experience was not great. I would not return to this establishment. Did not take pictures, did not think about it. Room 318 was where the issues were.

Great staff.

The floor was very dirty. We all ended up with dirt on our socks after walking around the room. There was also an unpleasant odor in the building and in our room, and the odor was also in our bedding. At least one of the mattresses had a yellow stain on the side. The one bright spot was the employee at the front desk offered to switch rooms when we brought this issues to his attention, but when we tested it, that one smelled about the same. We decided to stay in the original room to avoid the hassle of changing. At breakfast, the fridge and drink machines were both out of service, so there was no milk for cereal or cream cheese for bagels. The bacon was good though. The location is convenient, and parking is free. I feel the staff did their best to accommodate us under the circumstances, but overall, we were very disappointed. Holiday Inn Expresses in general have been reliable in the past with reasonable rates, clean rooms, and free breakfasts, so this location may be an outlier. It needs a deep clean and air quality checks to bring it up to the Holiday Inn Express standards.

Great place to stay near the coliseum.

Our stay was overnight on the way home from our vacation. The hotel was very convenient and we had a nice stay at a different hotel of the same name. The place was looked nice and there were many upgrades, but upon entering the room we noticed the door had been pried open with something and there were holes kicked into the interior doors. All night we heard the people next door, an exterior door slamming and some armed plain clothes “security” person walking about. Then there was also a female trying to pry another door open with a screwdriver across from our room. This was reported to the desk, we were told she worked at the hotel and was trying to get in for another customer.

Upon arriving, I felt like I was annoying to the person at the front desk, and I didn’t have much confidence that they could help me. The room wasn’t much better. The tub has a gross looking rust stain by the drain and the linens has a weird damp feeling to them even though they weren’t wet. The breakfast the next morning ran out of most things, and there was no hot water and the juice machine wasn’t working, along with the fridge for yogurt, etc. we were pretty excited to leave

It was a nice hotel was only there for overnight stay. But worked out great, location was around little bit of everything.

Clean, located in a decent area, and the front desk attendant was very helpful.

It was a smooth transition after the mishap with the Hampton Inn next door...i was checked and in my room less than 5 minutes...will make this my future hotel when ever im in the area
